Workplace Technology Solution – Open Presentation Space
The CE-600 Open Presentation Space workplace technology solution includes a
Crestron®AM-200 AirMedia®Presentation System 200, sensors, and the cables required
to provide conference room capabilities and room schedule information.
2Connect the System
Connect an HDMI cable (sold separately) to the HDMI INPUT port and to the source device’s HDMI output port.
Connect the CBL-HD-6 cable to the HDMI OUTPUT port and to the display device’s HDMI input port.
Connect the CBL-USB-A-BMICRO-6 cable to the USB port and to the COMPUTER port on the ZUMMESH-AVBRIDGE.
Connect a CAT5e cable (sold separately) to the LAN PoE port and to the corporate LAN.
NOTE: The AM-200 can receive power from the included power pack or from PoE supplied to the LAN PoE port.
Connect the PW-2407WU power pack (included with the AM-200) to the 24V 0.75A port.
Connect the AM-200 to earth ground.

Connect the IRP2 emitter probe to the IR1 port
and to the display device.
Connect a serial cable (sold separately) to the
COM port and to the display device.
NOTE: The IR1 and COM ports should only be
connected if the display device does not respond
to CEC commands via the HDMI connection. If
using the IR1 and COM ports, set the display
device model in the AM-200’s web-based setup
pages. For details, refer to the AM-200/AM-300
product manual (Doc. 8254) at

Additional Requirements
A video display (sold separately) must be connected to the HDMI OUTPUT port
on the AM-200.

A TSW-series touchscreen and/or wireless keypad can be added for system

Connect the CBL-USB-A-BMICRO-6 cable to the COMPUTER port and to the USB port on the AM-200.

When all connections are made, apply power to all of the devices in the system.

4Add the Occupancy Sensor to the System
Perform the following procedure to join the ZUMMESH-PIR-OCCUPANCY-BATT to the ZUMMESH-AVBRIDGE.
NOTE: The following procedure assumes the ZUMMESH-PIR-OCCUPANCY-BATT has already been installed
as described in the ZUMMESH-PIR-OCCUPANCY-BATT Installation Guide (Doc. 7867).
1. On the ZUMMESH-AVBRIDGE, press the SETUP button 5 times, then press and hold the SETUP button
until the LED on the device lights (about 10 seconds). After approximately 3 seconds, the device LED
begins slowly flashing, indicating that is in Joining mode.
NOTE: Only one ZUMMESH-AVBRIDGE should be in Joining mode at a time.
NOTE: Joining mode ends automatically after 4 minutes.
2. Remove the cover from the ZUMMESH-PIR-OCCUPANCY-BATT.
3. On the ZUMMESH-PIR-OCCUPANCY-BATT, press the TEST button 3 times, then press and hold the TEST
button until the LED on the device lights (up to 10 seconds). The device is joined to the
ZUMMESH-AVBRIDGE.
4. On the ZUMMESH-AVBRIDGE, press the SETUP button to exit Joining mode.
