All server side open shelf utility modules are also available with
double tiered cantilevered overshelf (EODC ). Overshelves have a 20”
first tier height and 16” second tier height and are welded in place.

E-Chef™ by Delfield makes chef counters easy and economical. Freestanding fabrication modules and hot food tables are
combined with Delfield’s existing standard refrigeration models to form chef counters and production units. This modular
approach also gives flexibility to the kitchen as they may be rearranged to fit the menu throughout the years as changes are
made.

Our 4400 series prep tables provide an integrated design solution to
your salad, sandwich and other meal preparation needs. Designed to
be easy to work from, they provide a compact area where storage and
assembly areas are combined to create an efficient production system.

Warranty!
4400 series prep tables are designed to maintain pan
temperatures between 33˚F and 41˚F with covers
open for extended periods of time, in high ambient
conditions. In fact, lab tests show minimum pan
temperatures at 36.7˚F, maximum pan temperatures at
40.6˚F and average pan temperatures at 36˚F with the
unit (model 4448N-18M) operating in 100˚F ambient conditions with the covers
open for hours. The unit has the capacity to work in even tougher conditions.

needs with an integrated production center that promotes efficiency and
production quality. In addition to our standard features, we provide a wide
offering of options that allow you to configure your pizza prep table to
meet your specific needs. Units 48” wide to 114” wide accomodate 6 to 24
1/3 size pans.

Delfield’s Deluxe Pizza Prep Tables
All the benefits found with our 18600PTB pizza prep tables plus the added
performance of LiquiTec® pan cooling technology. LiquiTec® has the ability to
hold product in the pans at or below 41˚F even in the harshest conditions. The
pans can be mounted flush with the rail surface, making them easy to work out of,
keeping productivity high.
