2 - Time setting
Turn the selector dial to the position marked .
The day numbers flash.
• Press + or - to set the day, then OK to confirm and
go to the next setting.
Repeat these steps to set the hours and minutes.
To exit the “time setting” mode, turn the selector dial.

3 - Set-point temperature setting

This mode is used to select the setback and
comfort set-point temperatures.
Note:
Only the setback set-point temperature
will be available to you if you have opted
for the comfort setting for every radiator
(menu CF03) of the “installation guide”.
• Press + or - to set the comfort temperature,
then confirm with OK to move to the next
setting for the setback temperature.
Confirm again with OK.
The set-point temperatures are adjustable
from 5 to 30°C in heating mode and from
18 to 35°C in cooling mode in steps of
0.5°C. To set the cooling set-point tempe-
ratures, switch the thermostat to cooling
mode (refer to the heating / cooling mode
change menu).

4 - Programming
• Create your programme
Programming starts on day 1 at midnight. Press the or buttons
to create different Setback or Comfort periods (in 1/2 hour intervals).
There are 2 possibilities for confirming
your programme:
• Confirm and copy the programme
to the next day
Hold down the OK button for 3 seconds to
confirm and copy the programme you just
created to the next day.
• Confirm the programme
Press the OK button to confirm and go to
programming for the next day.

The default programme is a Comfort period from 6.00am to 11.00pm.
The return key is used to modify a programme by returning to a specific time slot

5 - Automatic mode
Turn the selector dial to the position marked . Your thermostat will function according
to the programme.
NOTE:
By default, your unit will continuously display the set-point temperature. If you want to modify this
parameter, please refer to the CF02 menu of the “installation guide”, or contact your installer.

6 - Timer mode
This mode is used to choose a particular
mode for a given amount of time.
In AUTO mode, press on the button
• Press + or - to set the duration that you
want (between 30 minutes and 72 hours),
then on OK to confirm.
Example: Timer mode for 30 minutes.
• Press + or - to set the set-point temperature
that you want (from 5 to 30°C for heating
mode and from 18 to 35°C for cooling
mode), then on OK to confirm and start the
countdown.

7 - Absence mode
This mode protects your home from frost if
you are absent for several days.
In AUTO mode, press on the button

9 - Shutdown mode

This mode shuts down your heating system.
NOTE:
Your installation will likewise be in shutdown mode in the following selector dial positions :
The screen displays the current
room temperature.
If you would prefer to display the time instead during a prolonged shutdown of your system,
turn the selector dial on the unit to the position marked .
10 - Heating / cooling change mode (Only for reversible heat pumps)
To switch from heating mode (HEAT) to cooling mode (COOL) and vice versa from
either the or , press and hold the information button for at least 3 seconds.
The screen will briefly show the Cool indi-
cator as well as the set-point temperature
before the TYBOX then switches into coo-
ling mode. Alternate the Summer / Winter
switch of your reversible system in the
same way by using the following table:

When the battery level symbol appears,
you have approximately 1 month to replace
the batteries (two 1.5 V alkaline batteries,
either LR03 or AAA).
Precautions that must be taken :
- ensure that the +/- polarities are respected
when the batteries are fitted into the unit,
- do not dispose of used batteries inappro-
priately (you should respect the environ-
ment by taking used batteries to a suita-
ble collection site),
- do not recharge the batteries.
- you have approximately 30 seconds to
change the batteries before the time is
reset to zero (if this happens, reset the date
and time) see the section on "Time setting".
12 - Replacing the batteries
Never use rechargea-
ble batteries. Use only
alkaline batteries.

13 - Troubleshooting
Nothing is displayed on the room unit screen.
There are no batteries

The temperature displayed does not match the temperature measured in the room
(thermometer).

may encounter when using your product. If in doubt, and the problem persists or it is not
included in this list, please contact our customer service directly.

that remains constant.
Example: Leaving on 1st March, returning on 10th March: specify 9 days
of absence. Automatic operation will resume at midnight on 10th March.
