Firmware notes
Unless specified otherwise, all connectors are displayed from the wire side, with the exception of the OBDII diagnostic connector.
Refer to the Vehicle connections section following the installation diagram.
Footnotes
[1] Hood pin: The installation of an aftermarket hood pin is only required on vehicles that are not equipped with a factory hood pin or if
not supported in data.
[2] Tach wire: Optional connection required on some remote starters, which do not support a tach signal in D2D
[3] EMS COM: This connection is not required in US vehicles without transponder.
[4] Immobilizer Interrupt: Vehicles with a transponder will require the immobilizer Orange/Black and Yellow/Black connections.
However, for some vehicles, the immobilizer interrupt may not be required. If this is the case, the vehicle will crank but not remote
start. Therefore, you must permanently reconnect the interrupt, leaving the Orange/Black and Yellow/Black connections, and retry
the remote starter.

Module programming
Refer to “LED diagnostics and troubleshooting” for more information and for troubleshooting purposes.
1Wait until the LED turns ON solid red.
2Insert and turn the key to the ON position. The LED starts flashing green, then turns ON solid
green for 3 seconds, before shutting OFF.

If the vehicle does not have a transponder, the LED will remain ON solid red.
Press the programming button 5 times to skip the transponder programming. The LED turns
ON solid orange for 3 seconds, then shuts off when the programming is done.
4Turn the key to OFF, and remove it from the ignition barrel.
You have successfully completed the module programming sequence.
