Firmware notes
Security light: Will flash during runtime and turn on solid, then off during takeover procedure.
Power door locks: Will not operate properly if doors are open.
Unless specified otherwise, all connectors are displayed from the wire side, with the exception of the OBDII diagnostic connector.
Refer to the Vehicle connections following the installation diagram.

Option 1: Install a diode
Start 1 and Ignition 2 wires from the vehicle are negative trigger:
- Add a diode as shown (Option 1) if your remote starter has negative Start or Ignition output available.
- Add a relay as shown (Option 2) if your remote starter only has positive Start or Ignition output available.

Module programming
Refer to “LED diagnostics and troubleshooting” for more information and for troubleshooting purposes.
For Convenience-Only programming, see next section.
1Ensure vehicle is in a safe location and cannot move forward during programming. For
vehicles equipped with a manual transmission, make sure the gearshift lever is in the neutral
position.

The harnesses must be connected in this exact order:
 1. Connect the 14-pin.
 2. Connect the 12-pin.
 3. Connect the 10-pin.
 4. Connect the 4-pin D2D cable (if being used).
When the LED turns ON solid red, proceed with the next step.

Important! Do NOT press the brake pedal.
Press the Push-to-Start (PTS) button twice (2x) to turn the ignition ON.
The LED flashes green throughout the process. This can take up to 15 seconds.

The LED turns ON solid green for 3 seconds, then shuts OFF once the module has been
successfully programmed.
Press the PTS button one time (1x)to turn the ignition OFF.
You have successfully completed the module programming sequence.
