and
4 -800,303,19x.x1 Bolt, Carriage1/4 -20 x 5/8 Grade 5
6 -900,800,67x.x1 Nut, Keps 1/4 -20
Tools Required: 7/16" socket Ratchet for socket
Drill 5/16" drill bit
Tape Phillips screwdriver
Center punch Hammer
NOTE: PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BEGINNING WORK.
Instructions:
Note: Prior to installing the validator guard, ensure that the wide vandal panel has been installed on
the door.
1. Unplug the vender.
2. Cut out the appropriate template, the opening for the validator (if required), the four squares for
the carriage bolts, and the two round holes for the studs.
3. Using the four carriage bolts and tape, secure the template in place and mark the location for
the two studs.
4. Drill two 5/16" holes in the places marked in step 2. Use caution when drilling to ensure that no
wires are damaged.
5. Install the validator guard and secure with carriage bolts and nuts. It may be necessary to
temporarily remove the Coinco BA30B control board to gain access to the upper stud.
