1. Flight Environment
DO NOT use the aircraft in severe weather conditions including heavy wind exceeding
10.7 m/s, snow, rain, fog, hail, or lightning.
DO NOT take off from an altitude more than 4,000 m (13,123 ft) above sea level.
DO NOT fly the aircraft in environments where the temperature is below -10° C (14° F) or
above 40° C (104° F).
DO NOT take off from moving objects such as cars, ships, and airplanes.
DO NOT fly close to reflective surfaces such as water or snow. Otherwise, the vision
system may be limited.
When the GNSS signal is weak, fly the aircraft in environments with good lighting and
visibility. Low ambient light may cause the vision system to work abnormally.
DO NOT fly the aircraft near areas with magnetic or radio interference, including Wi-Fi
hotspots, routers, Bluetooth devices, high-voltage lines, large scale power transmission
stations, radar stations, mobile base stations, and broadcasting towers.
Be careful when taking off in the desert or from a beach to avoid sand entering the aircraft.
Fly the aircraft in open areas. Buildings, mountains, and trees may block the GNSS
signal and affect the on-board compass.
2. Flight Operation
Stay away from rotating propellers and motors.
Make sure the aircraft batteries, remote controller, and the mobile device are fully charged.
Be familiar with the selected flight mode and understand all safety functions and warnings.
The aircraft does not feature omnidirectional obstacle avoidance. Fly with caution.
Make sure DJITM Fly and aircraft rmware have been updated to the latest version.
Land the aircraft in a safe location when there is a low battery or high wind warning.
Use the remote controller to control the speed and altitude of the aircraft to avoid collisions
during Return-to-Home.

Das Fluggerät verfügt nicht über eine omnidirektionale Hindernisvermeidung. Vorsichtig
fliegen.
Vergewisser dich, dass die Firmware des Fluggeräts und die DJITM Fly App auf dem

3. Hinweis zur Sicherheit des Akkus
Akkus stets sauber und trocken halten. KEINE Flüssigkeiten in Kontakt mit dem Akku
kommen lassen. Die Akkus von Feuchtigkeit fernhalten und NICHT draußen im Regen
liegen lassen. Tauch die Akkus NICHT unter Wasser. Ansonsten kann dies zu einer
Explosion oder zu einem Brand führen.
Verwende KEINE Akkus, die nicht von DJI stammen. Es wird empfohlen, Ladegeräte von
DJI zu verwenden.
Aufgeblähte, undichte und beschädigte Akkus dürfen KEINESFALLS verwendet werden.
Es wird empfohlen, sich in solchen Situationen an DJI oder an einen DJI-Vertragshändler
zu wenden.
Die Akkus müssen bei einer Temperatur zwischen -10°C und 40°C verwendet werden.

3. Battery Safety Notice
Keep batteries clean and dry. DO NOT allow liquid to come into contact with the batteries.
DO NOT leave batteries covered in moisture or out in the rain. DO NOT drop the batteries
into water. Otherwise, an explosion or fire may occur.
DO NOT use non-DJI batteries. It is recommended to use DJI chargers.
DO NOT use swollen, leaking, or damaged batteries. In such situations, contact DJI or a
DJI authorized dealer.
The batteries should be used at a temperature between -10° to 40° C (14° to 104° F).
High temperatures can cause an explosion or fire. Low temperatures will reduce the
performance of a battery.
DO NOT disassemble or pierce the battery in any way.
The electrolytes in the battery are highly corrosive. If any electrolytes come into contact
with your skin or eyes, immediately wash the affected area with water and seek medical
support.
Keep the batteries out of the reach of children and animals.
DO NOT use a battery if it is involved in a crash or heavy impact.
Extinguish any battery fire using water, sand, or a dry powder fire extinguisher.
DO NOT charge the battery immediately after flight. The battery temperature may be too
high and may cause serious damage to the battery. Allow the battery to cool down to
close to room temperature before charging. Charge the battery at a temperature range of 5°
to 40° C (41° to 104° F). The ideal charging temperature range is 22° to 28° C (72° to 82° F).
Charging at the ideal temperature range can prolong battery life.
DO NOT expose the battery to fire. DO NOT leave the battery near heat sources such as a
furnace, heater, or inside a vehicle on a hot day. Avoid storing the battery in direct sunlight.
DO NOT store the battery for an extended period after fully discharging. Otherwise, the
battery may over-discharge and cause irreparable damage to the battery cell.
If a battery with a low power level has been stored for an extended period, the battery will
enter deep hibernation mode. Recharge the battery to bring it out of hibernation.

1. Environnement de vol
N’utilisez PAS l’appareil par mauvais temps, notamment en cas de vent violent de plus
de 10,7m/s, de neige, de pluie, de brouillard, de grêle ou d’éclairs.
NE décollez PAS d'une altitude supérieure à 4 000 m (13 123 pi) au-dessus du niveau
de la mer.
NE faites PAS voler l’appareil dans des environnements où la température est inférieure
à -10°C (14°F) ou supérieure à 40°C (104°F).
NE faites PAS décoller l’appareil à partir d’objets en mouvement tels que des voitures,
des bateaux et des avions.

C. 專業操作證：申請者應年滿 18 歲並符合相關經歷規定後，經體格檢查及學、術
科測驗合格後，由民航局發給。
前項各類操作證之操作權限如下：一、學習操作證：得於持有遙控無人機普通或專
業操作證之操作人在旁指導監護下，學習指導者操作證所載同構造且最大起飛重量
未達 25 公斤之遙控無人機。二、普通操作證：得操作自然人所有最大起飛重量 2公
斤以上、未達 15 公斤且裝置導航設備之遙控無人機。三、專業操作證：得操作政府
機關（構）、學校或法人所有之遙控無人機及自然人所有最大起飛重量 15 公斤以上
之遙控無人機。
(7) 管理規則第 27 條：操作人操作遙控無人機應遵守下列事項：一、血液中酒精濃度不
得超過百分之 0.02 或吐氣中酒精濃度不得超過每公升 0.1 毫克。二、不得受精神作
用物質影響，導致行為能力受到損傷。三、不得對任何生命與財產有造成危險之操
作行為。
(8) 管理規則第 25 條：操作人從事遙控無人機飛航活動前，應依遙控無人機製造者所提
供之維修指引對遙控無人機系統進行檢查，符合安全飛航條件後始得活動。
(9) 民用航空法遙控無人機專章第 118 條之 1：遙控無人機之所有人或操作人有下列情
事之一者，由民航局廢止其操作證，並處新臺幣 30 萬元以上 150 萬元以下罰鍰，並
得沒入遙控無人機：一、違反第 99 條之 13 第1項規定，於禁航區、限航區及航空
站或飛行場四周之一定距離範圍內從事飛航活動。二、違反第 99 條之 14 第1項第
1款規定，逾距地面或水面高度 400 呎從事飛航活動。
(10) 民用航空法遙控無人機專章第 118 條之 2：遙控無人機之所有人或操作人有下列情
事之一者，禁止其活動，並處新臺幣 6萬元以上 30 萬元以下罰鍰；情節重大者，並
得沒入遙控無人機：一、違反第 99 條之 10 第2項規定，未領有操作證而操作遙控
無人機。二、違反第 99 條之 15 第3項規定，未投保或未足額投保責任保險而從事
遙控無人機活動。
遙控無人機之所有人或操作人有下列情事之一者，禁止其活動，並處新臺幣 3萬元
以上 15 萬元以下罰鍰；情節重大者，並得沒入遙控無人機：一、違反第 99 條之 10
第1項有關遙控無人機註冊或標明註冊號碼之規定。二、違反第 99 條之 13 第2項
有關直轄市、縣（市）政府公告區域、時間及其他管理事項之規定。三、違反第 99
條之 14 第1項第 2款至第 10 款遙控無人機飛航活動應遵守之規定。
本條規定之處罰，除同時違反第 99 條之 13 第1項或第 99 條之 14 第1項第 1款由
民航局處罰外，由直轄市、縣（市）政府處罰之。
(11) 民用航空法遙控無人機專章第 118 條之 3：違反依第 99 條之 17 所定規則有關射頻
識別、檢驗、認可、維修與檢查、飛航活動之活動許可及內容、製造者與進口者之
登錄及責任、飛航安全相關事件之通報等事項規定者，禁止其活動，並處新臺幣 1

3. Безопасность при использовании аккумуляторов
Держите аккумуляторы в чистоте и сухости. НЕ допускайте контакта
аккумуляторов с жидкостями. НЕ оставляйте аккумуляторы влажными
или под дождем. НЕ опускайте аккумуляторы в воду. Это может вызвать
взрыв или возгорание.
Используйте ТОЛЬКО аккумуляторы компании DJI. Рекомендуется
использовать зарядные устройства DJI.
ЗАПРЕЩАЕТСЯ использовать вздувшиеся, протекающие или поврежденные
аккумуляторы. В таких ситуациях обращайтесь в компанию DJI или к
официальному представителю DJI.
Аккумуляторы следует использовать при температуре от −10 до 40°C.
Высокие температуры могут вызвать взрыв или возгорание. Низкие
температуры снижают производительность аккумулятора.
НЕ разбирайте и не протыкайте аккумулятор.
Аккумулятор содержит едкие электролиты. В случае попадания
электролита на кожу или в глаза необходимо сразу же промыть водой
пораженную область и обратиться за медицинской помощью.
Аккумуляторы следует хранить в местах, недоступных для детей и

НЕ используйте аккумулятор, если он упал или подвергся сильному
удару.
В случае возгорания аккумулятор следует тушить водой, песком или
порошковым огнетушителем.
НЕ начинайте подзарядку аккумулятора сразу после завершения полета.
Температура аккумулятора может быть слишком высока и вызвать его
серьезные повреждения. Дайте аккумулятору остыть до комнатной
температуры перед зарядкой. Заряжайте аккумулятор при температуре
от 5 до 40°C. Идеальный диапазон температур зарядки— от 22 до 28°С.
Зарядка при идеальной температуре может продлить срок службы
аккумулятора.
НЕ подвергайте аккумулятор воздействию огня. НЕ оставляйте
аккумулятор вблизи таких источников тепла, как печи или нагреватели,
или внутри транспортных средств в жаркие дни. Избегайте хранения
аккумулятора под воздействием прямых солнечных лучей.
НЕ храните аккумулятор в полностью разряженном состоянии в течение
длительного времени. Это может вызвать чрезмерную разрядку
аккумулятора и нанести необратимый ущерб его ячейке.
При хранении аккумулятора с низким уровнем заряда длительное
время он перейдет в режим гибернации. Для выхода из этого режима
необходимо зарядить аккумулятор.
