WARNING: Prior to use of HM3310 please ensure that you Read and Understand all the
following Precautions and Safety Notes. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all
users of equipment HM3310 are adequately informed of all Precautions and Safety Notes.
Precautions
1. This equipment is designed for home use only. Using this product in any commercial setting will void
all warranties and may result in serious injury!
2. Make sure all parts are properly tightened each time the Equipment is used.
3. All parts should be checked regularly for signs of wear. Replace any worn parts immediately.
4. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.
5. Any of the adjustment devices should not be left projecting.
6. Never allow children to use or play near this equipment. Teenagers under the age of 18 must always
have parental supervision and instruction on the use of this machine.
7. Use the equipment and start your training step by step, because injuries to health may result from
incorrect or excessive training.
8. Consult your physician before starting an exercise program. Stop exercising if you feel pain or
tightness in your chest, become short of breath, or feel faint. Contact your doctor before using the
equipment again.
Safety Notes
1. When doing exercises WITHOUT using Smith Bar, such as, Chin-Up, Barbell Squat or Barbell
Bench Press with front J-hooks and Spotters, etc.
1) Hook the Smith Bar on the top position and make sure it is secured in place.
2) Place Safety Hooks (Part 9#/18#) right below the Smith Bar for double security. Very Important!
