DKN-Technology INTRODUCTION
The DKN-Technoloy Pro Trainer is a revolutionary exercise machine that provides numerous health and fitness benefits
through Whole Body Vibration (WBV). Compared to traditional exercise methods, vibration exercise can be far more
effective, efficient and fun!
A WBV machine creates vibrations that are transferred to the body through the base platform. The brain responds to
the vibrations by activating muscle fibers though what is called an “automatic stretch reflex” that occurs in the muscles.
Traditional training methods only reach 40-60% muscle fiber activation, whereas WBV achieves 100 percent muscle
fiber activation! This deeper stimulation is especially effective for improving posture and balance.
Even the brain is trained through Whole Body Vibration .The brain’s inherent adaptive response allows it to rapidly
adjust to the vibrations induced by the DKN-Technoloy Pro Trainer. This workout causes numerous effects on brain and
body health, including improved hormone and endocrine balance, deeper and sounder sleep, greater mental clarity
and focus, and reduced mental, emotional and physical stress.
Consequently, you feel more relaxed and alert!
You can effectively train your entire body because DKN-Technoloy Pro Trainer training stimulates the entire body’s
muscular system at once and not just one muscle at a time.
