La Garanzia Limitata “carry-in” valida per un periodo di due (2) anni, a partire dalla data indicata sulla fattura del prodotto o sulla prova di acquisto
del prodotto venduto dalla rete di rivenditori autorizzati al cliente.
Questa Garanzia Limitata non trasferibile e non copre la normale usura, ivi inclusi, ma non limitatamente a, danni e usura alle cuscinetti, cinghie,
pulegge, cinghie di trasmissione ed altri componenti non durevoli, ecc...
Questa Garanzia Limitata non valida se il prodotto danneggiato da incidente, uso irragionevole, uso improprio, mancata osservanza delle
istruzioni fornite, la modifica dal suo stato originale, o altre cause non determinate derivanti da difetti nel materiale, le conseguenze di trattamento
improprio, errata installazione, montaggio errato o manomissione dei componenti da montaggio, uso improprio della macchina, problemi causati
dalla mancanza di manutenzione (come leggere vibrazioni o rumore), ecc...
Spese di trasporto, spese di viaggio per i tecnici e l’eventuale professionista e/o le spese di laboratorio sono escluse da questa garanzia, e saranno
a carico esclusivo del cliente.
La presente Garanzia Limitata esclude il produttore da qualsiasi responsabilit derivante da danni diretti, indiretti o consequenziali risultanti da
qualsiasi difetto nell’uso di questa macchina, tra l’altro, su una formazione intensiva, utilizzare con una carrozzina non adatto o una sedia, utilizzare
senza previa consultazione di un medico o un terapeuta, ecc...

apparaat niet be nvloeden, die onderdelen die onderhevig zijn aan slijtage zoals lagers, aandrijfriemen, schade aan het apparaat veroorzaakt door
het transport van het apparaat, enz...
Transportkosten, voorrijkosten van een monteur, en de eventuele handelaars en/of werkplaatskosten worden uitgesloten van deze garantie en zijn
dus voor rekening van de bezitter van het apparaat.
De fabrikant kan niet verantwoordelijk gesteld worden voor schade, verlies of kosten, incidenteel noch gerelateerd, ten gevolge van gebruik van
dit toestel, zoals onder meer over-intensieve training, gebruik met een ongeschikte rolstoel of stoel, gebruik zonder voorafgaand overleg met een
arts of therapeut, enz...
