DOMYOS ABS BENCH 500 is a versatile bench that enables work on abdominal muscles and weightlifting.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
1. Before starting any exercise programme, consult your doctor. This is
especially important for persons over the age of 35 or persons with
pre-existing health problems. Read all instructions before use.
2. The owner is responsible for ensuring that all users of this product
are properly informed as to how to use this product safely.
3. DOMYOS cannot be held liable for claims of injury or damage
sustained by any person or property originating from the use or
misuse of this product by the purchaser or by any other person.
4. This product is intended for domestic use only. Do not use this
product in a commercial, rental, or institutional setting.
5. The user is responsible for ensuring proper care and maintenance
of the equipment. After the product has been assembled and prior
to each use, check that the fasteners are properly tightened and
that none are protruding. Check the condition of the parts that are
most subject to wear and tear.
6. Wear sports shoes to protect your feet while exercising. DO NOT wear
looseorhanginggarmentswhichcouldgetcaughtupintheappliance.
Take o all jewellery. Put your hair up so that it does not get in the
way during exercise.
7. If you feel any pain or feel dizzy while exercising, stop immediately,
rest, and consult your doctor.
8. The appliance must be placed on a at, stable surface.
9. There must be enough space around the appliance to use it safely.
10. Check that your product is properly locked before use (snap locks
engaged correctly).
USE
For your safety, regularly examine your appliance.
• If you are a beginner, start by training with light weights for a few weeks to get your body used to exercising your muscles.
• Warm up before every session with cardio-vascular exercises, including a series without weights or warm-up oor exercises and stretches.
Increase the loads progressively.
• Conduct the exercise with a smooth regular motion, without any sudden movements.
• Always keep your back at. Avoid arching or bending your back during the movement.
For a beginner, generally carry out 4 series of 10 to 15 repetitions per exercise with a minimum recovery time between each series
(this recovery time can be specied by your doctor during your check-up). Switch between exercises on the dierent muscle groups.
Do not exercise every muscle every day, spread out your training over several days.
