The BI 910 incline bench is a space-efficient, versatile bodybuilding device. It will enable you to do:
1. Incline and decline bench presses. 2. Exercises to strengthen your waistline area.
INTRODUCTION
To ensure optimal training, please follow these recommendations:
• If you are a beginner, start training for several weeks with light weights to get your body used to muscle work.
• Warm up before each session with a cardiovascular workout, sets without weights or floor warm-up and stretching exercises.
• Make all the movements with regularity and smoothness.
• Always keep your back flat. Avoid pulling your back in or rounding it out during the movements.
If you are a beginner, work in sets of X reps, with a minimum recovery time between each set (this recovery time can be determined
by your physician when you go for a check-up). Alternate muscle groups. Do not work all your muscles everyday. Rather, spread
your training out over several days.
USE

Before beginning any exercise program,
consult a physician. This is especially important for persons
over the age of 35 or persons with pre-existing health
problems. Read all the instructions before use. DECATHLON
does not accept any responsibility for any personal injury or
property damage sustained by or through use of this product.
SAFETY In order to prevent
perspiration from damaging the seat cover, use a towel or
wipe off the seat cover after each use.
Lightly grease the moving parts to improve their functioning
and prevent unnecessary wear and tear.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
To reduce the risk of serious injury, read the important instructions for safe usage below before
using the product.
WARNINGS
1. The owner is responsible for ensuring that all users of this
product are properly informed as to how to use this product
safely.
2. Domyos disclaims any responsibility for injuries or damage
sustained by any person or property caused by improper use
of this product by the purchaser or by any other person.
3. This product is intended for domestic use only. Do not use
this product in any commercial, rental, or institutional setting.
4. The user is responsible for ensuring proper care and
maintenance of the equipment. After the product has been
assembled; and prior to each use, check that the fasteners
are properly tightened and that none are protruding. Check
the condition of the parts that are the most subject to wear
and tear.
5. Wear athletic shoes to protect your feet while exercising. DO
NOT wear loose or baggy clothing, since it may get caught
in the machine. Take off all jewelry.. Put your hair up so that
it does not get in the way during exercise.
6. If you feel any pain or if you become dizzy while exercising,
stop immediately, rest, and consult a physician.
7. Keep your hands and feet away from moving parts.
8. Any assembly/disassembly of the product must be done
carefully.
9. Do not stay on the bench while you are adjusting the seat or
the backrest.
10. Before each use, check that the pins are properly secured.
11. Do not do the bench press exercises alone. Another person
must be with you in case the load is too heavy or you reach
your point of physical failure.
You can use this bench with a bar rest for the following types of exercise: - flat bench press
- decline bench press
- incline bench press
EXERCISES WITH BAR REST
DOMYOS guarantees this product under normal conditions of use for 5 years for the structure and, for wearing parts and workmanship,
2 years from the date of purchase, as indicated by the date on the receipt. This warranty only applies to the initial purchaser.
The obligation of DOMYOS with regard to this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, at the discretion of
DOMYOS.
All products for which the warranty is applicable must be returned to DOMYOS at one of its approved facilities (a DECATHLON store)
transport prepaid, accompanied by adequate proof of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to cases of:
• Damage caused during transport
• Improper or abnormal use
• Repairs made by technicians not approved by DOMYOS
• Use in a non-domestic setting
This warranty does not exclude any legal guarantees applicable according to country and/or province
