Parts Description
Height Adjustment
Handgrip Height Adjustment
Remove the Height Adj Clips from the rollator
frame. Reposition the handgrip to the required
height and reinsert both of the clips.
Opening and Folding the Rollator
Opening the Rollator
Support the front of the tray with one hand and
lift the walker handle upwards, pull the tray in
the direction shown in the diagram top right.
To ensure the rollator is fully open, support the
handle with one hand and press on the tray
with your other hand. When fully opened, you
will hear a ‘click’ informing you the frame is
locked in position.

Using the Brake
Squeeze the
brake lever to
apply the brakes
(as shown by the
blue arrow).
The lever can be
operated by both
hands or just one
hand.
To lock the brake, squeeze the lever to apply
the brake and rotate the red Brake Lock so
that it holds the lever in position.
Installing the Tray
Place the tray on to the frame as shown
above. Press down on the two carry handles
of the tray to lock.
To remove the tray, press the two tray locks
located at each side underneath the carry
handles on the tray to release.
The tray can be installed when either the bag
is installed or not installed.

Maintenance
Periodically check that all parts on the
rollator are in safe working order.
Change any damaged or worn parts
immediately. Do not use until parts have
been replaced.
Check all screws and fasteners to ensure
they are secure and not loose and/or
damaged.
Check all knobs and Height Adj clips are
completely inserted in to their holes.
Clean wheels with water or a mild
detergent then dry them with a cloth. If the
wheels are noisy or have difficultly in
turning, lubricate them with 3-in-1 oil or
similar.
Clean the rollator regularly with a damp
cloth and mild detergent. Do not use any
aggressive or harsh detergents.
The product is suitable for reprocessing in
line with manufacturer recommendations.
Safety Precautions
The device should only be used as a walking
aid. It should never be used as a wheelchair,
nor used to transport people or animals.
The performance of the brakes can be
affected by tyre and cable wear. The brakes
should be tested before each use.
Do not exceed the maximum user weight of
100kg (16 stone).
The tray should only be used to carry small
lightweight items. Hot objects should not be
carried.
The maximum load for the tray and basket is
5kg.
Do not expose the rollator to temperatures
above 40ºC for long periods as this can
make some parts hot to the touch.

free of defects in materials and workmanship
for two years from date of purchase.
This device was built to exacting standards and
carefully inspected prior to shipment. This
warranty is an expression of our confidence in
the materials and workmanship of our products
and our assurance to the customer.
In the event of a defect covered by this
warranty, we will at our option supply parts or
replace the device.
This warranty does not cover device failure due
to owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear
and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-
durable components such as rubber
accessories, castors and grips, which are
subject to normal wear and need periodic
replacement.
