User Information
1. Press SET to enter setting mode.
2. Press or to change the user No. Press SET for conrmation.
3. Press or to choose male or female, then choose normal mode
or sport mode (for users who regularly exercise). Press SET to conrm.
4. Press or to change the height. Press SET to conrm.
4. Press or to change the age. Press SET to conrm.

Weighing and Measuring Fat
1. After completing the settings, the scale will indicate “0.0”
2. Stand with bare feet on the scale and wait for a stable weight to display.
3. Four “O” will appear and disappear one by one from left to right.
4. The measurements will be on display one by one. Body fat, water, BMI,
muscle mass, bone mass, calorie and weight.

5. The scale will display the user information which will let the user conrm the
information again. After the display, the scale will turn off automatically.
1. If the user has correctly measured the fat weight, the scale will automatically
memorize the user’s weight and the user can directly stand on the scale to
measure the fat weight next time without entering any information again.
2. Stand on the scale and wait for a stable weight to display.
3. Four “O” will appear and disappear from left to right when measuring.
Important (Err2):
To analyse body mass, stand on the scale barefoot. If your feet are cold, if you have
poor blood pressure, or if you step onto the scale too quickly, the measurement may
be inaccurate. The Err2 message will display to indicate that there has been a
problem. Make sure your feet are warm and aligned to the electrodes. Stand still
with weight evenly balanced on each foot, and measure again.

4. The LCD display will indicate the body fat, water, muscle, bone, calorie and
weight in a sequence.
5. If the scale identies the weight is similar to 2 other users, the user should
use UP or DOWN to choose the specic user.

Reminder:
1. Ensure the scale is on a at, even surface. Avoid carpet or soft surfaces.
2. The surface of the scale will be slippery when wet. Please make sure both the glass
and your feet are dry before use.
3. This scale is not waterproof. Do not expose to moisture.
4. Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use any chemical cleaning agents
to clean the scale.
5. Please remove the batteries, if the scale is not being used for a long period.
6. When using the scales for the rst time, or when changing their position or
location, they should be restarted twice and should be free of interferences to ensure
accurate measurements. This is for calibrating your scale. If you do not perform these
measures, the measurements may be incorrect.

Informations sur l’utilisateur
1. Pressez la touche “SET” pour paramétrer le pèse-personne.
2. Pressez ou pour changer d’utilisateur. Pressez “SET” pour conrmer.
3. Pressez ou pour choisir entre masculin et féminin puis choisissez
le mode de vie qui vous correspond (normal ou sportif). Pressez “SET” pour
conrmer.
4. Pressez ou pour changer la hauteur. Pressez “SET” pour conrmer.
4. Pressez ou pour changer l’âge. Pressez “SET” pour conrmer.

Instructions d’utilisation
1. Après avoir paramétré, l’afchage indiquera “0.0”.
2. Tenez-vous sur le pèse-personne à pieds nus et attendez que le poids
se stabilise.
3. Quatre “O” apparaitront et disparaitront un par un.
4. Les mesures s’afcheront respectivement dans l’ordre suivant: masse
graisseuse, IMC, masse musculaire, masse osseuse, calories puis le
poids.

Reconnaissance automatique
5. Le pèse-personne afchera ensuite les informations relatives à l’utilisateur
(taille, age). La balance s’éteindra ensuite automatiquement.
1. Si l’utilisateur a correctement enregistré ses données, le pèse-personne
mémorisera automatiquement le poids de l’utilisateur et l’utilisateur peut
se tenir directement sur la balance à nouveau sans devoir enregistrer ses
informations à nouveau.
2. L’utilisateur peut se tenir sur le pèse-personne et attendre que le poids se
stabilise.
3. Quatre « 0 » apparaitront et disparaitront lors de la mesure.
Important (Err2):
Afin de profiter des fonctionalités avancées d'analyse de votre masse, il est nécessaire
d'utiliser ce pèse-personne à pieds nus. De même, des problèmes de lecture peuvent
survenir si les pieds sont froids, si la circulation sanguine de l'utilisateur est pauvre ou
si l'utilisateur se retire trop tôt de la balance. Le message d'Err2 s'affichera alors pour
indiquer le problème de lecture. Afin de régler le problème, les pieds doivent être nus,
chauds, en parfait alignement avec les électrodes et immobiles jusqu'à ce que la lecture
soit complète.

4. L’afchage LCD indiquera la masse graisseuse, la masse hydraulique, la
masse musculaire, la masse osseuse, les calories et le poids.
5. Si le pèse-personne identie un poids similaire entre deux utilisateurs,
l’utilisateur peut sélectionner le prol concerné en pressant les touches « UP
» et « DOWN ».
