Terms and conditions o f your Dys on 2 year gu arantee.
• The guarantee be comes effec tive from the date of p urchase.
• All work w ill be carr ied out by D yson Appliance s (Aust) Pty Ltd., Avery R obinson
Ltd. (NZ ), Singapore’s author ised age nt - Ser vice @H ome Pt e Ltd. Indo nesia’s
author ised age nt- PT Higienis Indonesia o r their authorise d agents.
• Any par ts replaced will b ecome the property of D yson Appliances (Aus t) Pty L td.,
Avery R obinson L td. (NZ ), Dyson S ingapore Pte Ltd., PT Higienis Indonesia.
• The repa ir and replacemen t of your fan under guarantee will not ext end the
period of guarant ee.
• The guarantee prov ides benefits which are additiona l to and do not a ffec t your
statu tory rights as a co nsumer.
• You must provide proof of (b oth the or iginal and any subsequent) delivery/
purchas e before a ny work can b e carrie d out on your D yson fan. Witho ut this
proof, any wor k carrie d out will be c hargeable. Plea se keep you r receipt o r
deliver y note.
WHAT IS COVERED
• The repa ir or replacement of the fan if it i s found to be defec tive due to f aulty
materi als, workmanship or f unction within 2 years of purchase (if any part is n o
longer a vailable o r out of manu facture, Dyso n will repla ce it with a f unctional
replacement part).
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Dyson s hall not be liable for costs of re pair or rep laceme nt of a produ ct incur red
as a result o f:
• Normal w ear and te ar.
• Accide ntal dama ge, fault s caused b y neglige nt use or care, neglec t, carele ss
operat ion or handling of the fan which is no t in accordance with this manua l.
• Damage a s a result of u se not in accordance with the ra ting plat e.
• Blockag es - please refer overleaf f or details on how to unblock the fan.
• Use of par ts and accesso ries other than those produced or recommended
by Dyson.
• Damage f rom ext ernal so urces suc h as transi t, weather, electrical outages or
power surges.
• Repairs or alterations car ried out by parti es other t han Dyson or its au thorised
agents.
• Failures c aused by circumsta nces out side Dy son’s control.

Rememb er: Always disco nnect p lug from mains before inspec ting for problems.
If the fan w ill not ope rate, fir st check the mains s ocket has e lectr icity supply and
that the p lug is prop erly inserted into the socket.
