1. Introduction
A vibration sensor has to be stuck on a window pane. The sensor has two shock tubes that can detect
vibrations. If the vibration exceeds the safety threshold, an alarm is triggered.
The vibration sensor stuck in the corner of a small window will be less likely to trigger an alarm than if the
sensor is stuck in the middle of a large window. A vibration sensor can also be used to secure a display
case, for example.
2. Pairing with the app
The lithium battery must be activated, remove the plastic strip (1). Open the app on your smartphone, tap
"Add accessories" and select the "Scan QR code" option. Scan the QR code on the product and give it a
(location) name. Finally, tap the blue "V" to set the transmitter.
3. Where on the window?
A sensor is usually placed in the corner of a window. If a window is smashed, the sensor will always send a
notification to the base unit because of the vibration.
Tip:
After activating the battery, do not stick
(2) the sensor on the window yet. Place
the sensor on the window and cause a
vibration resulting in an alarm. You can
now stick the vibration sensor to the
window.
