Proper Use
The pan is for heating foodstus
on gas, electric, halogen and
ceramic hobs. It is not intended for
induction hobs. The product is for
private use only.

Please note that the
handle may become hot during
cooking. For your safety, use a
potholder or barbecue gloves.
¾Never use the pan if the handle
is loose. Retighten the screw
joint of the handle if necessary.

¾Pots and pans in which fat is
being heated up must never be
left unattended. Fat can very
quickly overheat and ignite.
Never try to extinguish a fat res
with water. Cover the ames with
a pot/pan lid or a thick cloth.
¾Use heat resistant plastic or
wooden kitchen utensils in order
not to damage the non-stick
coating. Do not cut food directly
in the pan.
¾Do not place meat which is still
dripping with liquid into hot fat.
The fat splattering out on to a
hot hob could easily cause a re.
¾To avoid heat loss, choose a
hotplate with a diameter that
matches the diameter of the pan.
¾The pan is suitable for keeping
dishes warm inside the oven
(max. 150°C for 1 hour) (but the
wooden spatula is not).
¾Frequently cleaning of the pan
with harsh cleaners may damage
it and can cause discoloration.
¾Not suitable for dishwasher.
¾For washing the pan by hand, use
hot water with a little ordinary
washing-up liquid. Avoid using
sharp or pointed objects for
this in order not to damage the
coating.
