Lieferumfang Scope of delivery
Prüfen Sie ob die Air Transportschäden auf-
weist. Sollte dies der Fall sein nehmen Sie
das Gerät nicht in Betrieb.
Check whether the Air has been damaged
in transit. If this is the case, do not start
up the device.
Vorbereitung Set-up
Ihre Air wird über das WLAN Netz verbunden
und kann mit Ihrem Smartphone oder der Fern-
bedienung gesteuert werden.
- Stellen Sie sicher dass Ihr WLAN Router
eingeschaltet und mit dem Internet
verbunden ist
- Achten Sie auf die Einstellungen des
Routers. Lesen Sie dazu die Router Bedien-
ungsanleitung. DHCP soll aktiviert sein.
- Das WLAN-System sollte der
IEEE 802.11b/g mindestens entsprechen.
Laden Sie die ETON App aus den APP stores
auf Ihr Smartphone oder Tablet. Je nach Be-
triebssystem laden Sie die APP für IOS Geräte
aus dem Apple APP Store, für Android System
aus dem Google Play Store.
Your Air is connected via the Wi-Fi network
and can be operated using your smartphone
or the remote control.
- Make sure that your Wi-Fi router is switched
on and connected to the Internet
- Note the router's settings. Read the router's
instruction manual for further information.
DHCP should be activated.
- The Wi-Fi system should comply with the
IEEE 802.11b/g specications as a mini-
mum.
Download the ETON app to your smartphone
or tablet from the app stores. Depending on the
operating system, download the app for iOS
devices from the Apple App Store and the app
for Android systems from the Google Play Store.

Inbetriebnahme Start-up
Verbinden Sie das beiliegende Netzkabel mit
der Netzbuchse(3) an der Air und der Netz-
steckdose.
Drücken Sie den Netzschalter(2). Das ETON
Logo am Regler(1) blinkt Grün / Weiß abwech-
selnd für ca. 50sec.
Connect the included power cable to the pow-
er socket (3) on the Air and the mains power
supply.
Press the power switch (2). The ETON logo on
the dial (1) ashes in alternating green/white
for approximately 50 seconds.

Mit dem WLAN Netzwerk
verbinden Connecting to the Wi-Fi network
Achtung: Stellen Sie sicher dass Ihr WLAN
Router eingeschaltet ist und Ihr Smartphone
oder Tablet als auch die AIR in der WLAN
Sendereichweite Ihres Routers bendet.
Warning: Make sure that your Wi-Fi router
is switched on and that your smartphone or
tablet, as well as your AIR, is within your Wi-
Fi router's transmission range.
Install the ETON AIR app. This is available in
the following stores: www.etonair.com/
app
Make sure that the AIR speaker is switched on.
At rst, the LED display on the dial (1) will ash
in alternating green/white for approximately
50 seconds. After 50 seconds, the ETON LED
will ash white. The Air speaker is now ready
to be set up with Wi-Fi.
Installieren Sie die ETON AIR App. Diese ste-
hen Ihnen in den folgenden Stores zur Verfü-
gung: www.etonair.com/app
Achten Sie darauf, dass der AIR Lautsprecher
eingeschaltet ist. Die LED Anzeige am Reg-
ler(1) blinkt zunächst für ca. 50sec in Grün/
Weiß Intervallen. Nach den 50 sec. Blinkt die
ETON LED Weiß. Der Air Lautsprecher ist nun
bereit zur WLAN Einrichtung.

Öffnen Sie die ETON Air APP auf Ihrem Smart-
phone oder Tablet Folgen Sie dem Einrichtung-
sassistenten in der APP.
Open the ETON Air app on your smartphone
or tablet and follow the set-up wizard in the
app.
Nach erfolgreicher Einrichtung ist die ETON LED
konstant Weiß.
Once successfully set up, the ETON LED will be
constantly lit up in white.
Funktionen Functions
Alternativ zu oben genannter WLAN Verbin-
dung können Sie auch den Einrichtungsassis-
tenten Ihre IOS (Apple) Gerätes verwenden.
As an alternative to the above-mentioned Wi-Fi
connection, you can also use the set-up wizard
on your iOS (Apple) device.
Mit Apple Airplay verbinden Connecting to Apple Airplay
Achtung: Dieser Einrichtungsschritt ist nur
dann verwendbar wenn die ETON LED
Weiß blinkt.
Warning: This set-up step is only availa-
ble when the ETON LED is ashing white.

phones oder Tablets(A)
- Gehen Sie in die WLAN Einstellungen(B)
- Sie sehen den Air Lautsprecher unter „neuen
Airplay Lautsprecher gefunden“
- Folgen Sie nun den Schritten des Airplay
Einrichtungsassistenten Ihres Smartphones
oder Tablets.(C)
- Nach erfolgreicher Einrichtung ist die
ETON LED konstant Weiß
- Nutzen Sie die Airplay Funktion in den
einzelnen Player Apps(D)
- Open your smartphone or tablet settings (A)
- Go to Wi-Fi settings (B)
- You will see the Air speaker under "New
Airplay speaker found"
- Now follow the steps provided by the Air-
play set-up wizard on your smartphone or
tablet.(C)
- Once successfully set up, the ETON LED will
be constantly lit up in white
- Use the Airplay function in the individual
player apps (D)
