오일을 사용하는 동안에는 실험실 내부를 충분히 환기하도록 합니다.
장비가 운전 중이거나 운전 후에는 수조 안에 있는
액체의 온도는 높습니다.이 때 이동하게 되면
화상의 위험이 있습니다.
물을 사용하고 나서 실리콘 오일을 사용하는 경우에는, 오일을 채우기 전에
물기가 없도록 충분히 말립니다.
액체 온도가 높으면 플라스크의 적절한 회전 속도를
설정합니다.
액체의 온도가 높은 상태에서 장비를 이동하지 않도록
주의합니다.
특히 오일을 높은 온도에서 사용할 때 액체가 튀어 손에 화상을 입을 수도
있습니다.
지정된 고온용 열매체를 사용합니다.
150℃～170℃
170℃～180℃
적재한 물건으로 인하여 다칠 수 있습니다.
물 또는 오일을 사용할 수 있으며,오일을
사용할 때에는 지정된 고온용 열매체를 사용합니다.

2-1 적용 Application
이 제품은 농축, 결정화 및 건조가 가능하며 감압 하에서
효과작으로 액체를 추출하고 증류액을 수집할 수 있는
증발기입니다.진공도, 수조 온도 및 냉각수 온도는 사용
목적에 따라 다릅니다.실험의 목적에 맞게 냉각수
순환장비, 진공 컨트롤러 또는 냉각 트랩을 준비합니다.
※이 장치에는 부식 방지 부품이 장착되어 있지만, 매우
다양한 타입의 용매를 수용하지는 않습니다.
제어 밸브 또는 압력 센서는 용매의 유형 또는 기타
조건에 따라 악화될 수 있습니다.
이 경우 회전식 증발기와 진공 컨트롤러 사이에는 냉각
트랩과 같은 용매회수유닛이 설치되어야 합니다.
테플론 씰, 압력 센서 및 제어 밸브는 소모품입니다.
압력 센서 변경/교체에는 조정 작업이 필요하기 때문에
제품 구입처에 문의하시기 바랍니다.

MANUAL（fixed-value control) mode
매뉴얼 (고정값 제어) 모드
일단 운전이 시작되면, 압력은 고정압(Set Press)까지
줄어들게 된다. 그리고 제어는 고정압이 도달되어진
hysteresis (ΔP)이내에 있는 고정압에서 만들어진다.
고정압(Set Press)의 설정 제어는 VAC (continuous
decompression)와1013hPa (760mmHg) 사이다.
대기상태(standby), 디컴프레싱(decompressing) 또는
고정값 제어 모드에서 고정압을 변경할 수 있다.
정지 시간을 설정함으로써 자동적으로 설정한 시간에
정지하도록 설정 할 수 있다(Auto Stop).
베이퍼 온도 센서(옵션)을 사용하여 베이퍼 온도(정지
온도)에서 부터 온도 증가을 기반으로 하여 운전을 정지할
수 있다.
AUTO（Automatic control) mode
자동 (자동 제어) 모드
AUTO mode와AUTO-2 mode 이용 가능
AUTO mode는 자동 운전 모드이다. 자동 운전 모드는
자동적으로 회수율과 응축시간을 만족하는 압력(Mark
Press)을 결정함으로써 갑작스런 끓음을 막고 고정값
제어를 실행하기 위해 자동적으로 슬로프(slop) 제어를
시작한다.
운전 정지 조건을 설정함으로써 운전 시간을 기반으로
하여 운전을 자동적으로 정지할 수 있다(Auto Stop).
베이퍼 온도 센서(옵션)가 사용되면 AUTO-2 모드로
변경된다. AUTO 모드에 대한 기능 추가는 아래 참조.
・한압력(Mark Press)에서 고정값 제어는 자동적으로
베이퍼 온도를 설정(Set Temp)
・베이퍼 온도(Set Temp)에서 온도 증가를 기반으로
한(Stop Temp) 자동 정지
・조절 온도(Adjust Temp)와 조절 수(Mark Count)를
기반으로 한 혼합용액
※이 유닛은 실내온도 25℃±3℃, 냉각액 온도 5～
10℃에서 최적인 상태로 사전 설정되어 있다.
조건은 아래 참조.
끓는 점이 낮은 용액: 수조 온도 40℃
끓는 점이 높은 용액: 수조 온도 60℃
※갑작스런 끓음 현상은 어떤 샘플에서는 불가피할지도
모릅니다.
이같은 경우에는 샘플의 수나 플라스크의 회전수를
줄이거나 또는 수조 온도를 줄입니다.

이 모드는 55가지의 특별한 용액(사전 설정한 10가지
용액 포함)에 대해 적절하게 진공제어를 실행하는 것을
가능하게 한다. 이는 데이터에 저장된 용액의 최적
회수율과 응축기간을 기반으로 한다. 아래 참조.
※이 설정은 수조 온도 40℃, 냉각액 온도 5～10℃,
그리고 실내온도 25±3℃에서 적절한 조건에서
가능하다.
슬로프 제어는 슬로프 시작 압력(Slope Point)에서
고정값 압력(Set Press)까지 슬로프 시간(Slope Time)을
수행한다. 그리고 나서 고정값 제어는 일단 고정값
압력을 얻게되면 hysteresis (ΔP) 이내에 수행된다.
운전을 정지하기 위해서 시간을 설정함으로써 설정한
시간에 자동적으로 정지할 수 있도록 설정할 수 있다
(Auto Stop).
베이퍼 온도 센서(옵션)을 사용함으로써 베이퍼
온도(Stop Temp)에서 부터 온도 증가를 기반으로,
자동적으로 운전을 정지할 수 있다.

20가지 스텝으로 구성되는 두가지 프로그램이 있다.
이는 고정값 제어, 슬로프 제어를 프로그램하는 것이
가능한 진공 컨트롤러의 사용에 편리하다. 그리고
대기압으로 풀어준다.
