Pneumatische Verkettung der Ventile.
3. Sicherheitshinweise und Hinweise zur Montage
Vorsicht
Unerwartete Bewegung von Bauteilen.
Verletzung durch Schlag, Stoß, Quetschung.
Druckluft vor Montagearbeiten abschalten.
Hinweis
Funktionsstörung und Sachschaden durch unsachgemäße Montage.
Sachgemäß montieren (Abschnitt 4 … 6).
Anziehdrehmomente einhalten.

Dichtungen 4sind nur bei externer Steuerluft montierbar.

schieben.
Kontrolle: Schrauben 2sind
verliergesichert.
Dichtungen 4in die Öff-
nungen (C) des Ventils 8
schieben. Drehende Bewe-
gung während der Montage
erforderlich.
Ventil 8auf den Anschluss-
block 1positionieren.
Kontrolle:
–Nase (D) ist in der Nut (E)
–Ventil 8ist parallel zur Flä-
che (F) ausgerichtet
–Kanalbezeichnungen 1/3/5
stimmen überein.
Schrauben 2festdrehen.

Switch off compressed air before mounting work.
Note
Incorrect mounting can cause malfunction and material damage.
Mount properly (section 4 … 6).
Observe tightening torques.

ed in the depressions.
Tighten screws 3.
6. Mounting valve 8

depression of the valve 8
so that it is positive-locking.
Observe channel designati-
ons 1/3/5.
Information
Seals 4can only be mounted with an external pilot air supply.

Push screws 2into the drill
holes of the valve 8.
Check: Screws 2are protect-
ed from loss.
Insert seals 4into the ori-
fices (C) of the valve 8. Ro-
tating movement required
during mounting.
Position valve 8on the
connection block 1.
Check:
–Projection (D) is in the
slot (E)
–Valve 8is aligned parallel
to the surface (F)
–Channel designations 1/3/5
agree with each other.
Tighten screws 2.
