Bei Ventilen mit QS-
Verschraubungen:
•Demontieren Sie die Ver-
schraubungen (A) über die
der Halter 2nicht passt.

4. Montage
–Halter CPE…-H3-SET 2

•Stecken Sie den Halter 2
auf das Ventil. Beachten
Sie dabei die Nummerie-
rung an den Anschlüssen.
•Stecken Sie die Befesti-
gungsschrauben 4in den
Halter 2.
•Drücken Sie die Dichtun-
gen 3in das Ventil.

•Stecken Sie das Ventil auf
den Anschlussblock 1.
Achten Sie dabei, auf die
Nase des Halters 2und
die dafür vorgesehene
Bohrung (B) im Anschluss-
block 1.
•Drehen Sie die Schrau-
ben 4fest.
(Anziehdrehmoment MA
einhalten).
–Abdeckplatte CPE…-RP3 5

Für Reserveplätze:
•Stecken Sie die Befesti-
gungsschrauben 7in die
Abdeckplatte 5.
•Drücken Sie die Dichtun-
gen 6in die Abdeckplat-
te 5.

•Stecken Sie die Abdeckplat-
te 5auf den Anschluss-
block 1.
•Drehen Sie die Schrau-
ben 7fest.
(Anziehdrehmoment MA
einhalten).
–Anschlussblock CPE…3/2-PRS-… 1

•Drehen Sie die QS-
Verschraubungen (A) wie-
der in die Ventile ein.
(Anziehdrehmoment MA
einhalten).
•Drehen Sie die Verschrau-
bungen (C) in den An-
schlussblock 1ein. Beach-
ten Sie das Anziehdrehmo-
ment des Verschraubungs-
herstellers.

•Remove the screw
connections (A) over which
the retainer 2does not fit.

4. Assembly
–Retainer CPE…-H3-SET 2

•Plug retainer 2onto the
valve. Note here the
numbering at the
connections.
•Insert the retaining screws
4in retainer 2.
•Press the seals 3into the
valve.

•Plug the valve onto the
manifold block 1. Make
sure that the lug of
retainer 2fits into the
hole provided (B) in the
manifold block 1.
•Tighten screw 4.
(Observe tightening
torque MA).
–Cover plate CPE…-RP3 5

For vacant positions:
•Insert the retaining screws
7in the blanking plate 5.
•Press the seals 6into
blanking plate 5.

•Plug blanking plate 5onto
the manifold block 1.
•Tighten screws 7.
(Observe tightening
torque MA).

•Screw QS fittings (A) into
the valves again.
(Observe tightening
torque MA).
•Screw the fittings (C) into
the manifold block 1.
Observe the tightening
torque of the connector
manufacturer.
