Bestimmungsgemäß dient die Abdeckung als Schutz gegen Manipulation am
Druckaufbau- und Entlüftungsventil (Tabelle).

Drehen Sie den Gewinde-
stift 2gewindeschneidend
in die Bohrung der Hand-
hilfsbetätigung (A) bündig
ein. Bei gegebenenfalls er-
neutem Eindrehen beachten
Sie die bereits vorhandenen
Gewindegänge.
Platzieren Sie die Abde-
ckung 1an den vorge-
sehenen Bohrungen.
Drücken Sie die Abde-
ckung 1auf bis sie ein-
rastet.
Kleben Sie die Abde-
ckung 3auf
(Abschnitt 3).
Hinweis
Demontage von Abdeckung 1nur über Zerstörung der Schnapphaken
möglich!

Platzieren Sie die Abde-
ckung 1an den vorge-
sehenen Gewinden.
Drehen Sie die Schrau-
ben 2fest. Halten Sie das
zulässige Anziehdreh-
moment ein.
Kleben Sie die Abde-
ckung 3auf
(Abschnitt 3).
3. Montage bei Vorsteuerung mit Handhilfsbetätigung (D).
Reinigen Sie die entsprechende Oberfläche an der Handhilfsbetäti-
gung (D).
Hinweis
Zulässige Reinigungsmedien sind alle werkstoffschonenden Medien z. B.:
–Seifenlauge (max. +50°C)
–Waschbenzin.

Entfernen Sie die Klebefolie
von der Abdeckung 3.
Kleben Sie die Abde-
ckung 3entsprechend den
Aussparungen auf die
Handhilfsbetätigung (D).

The cover is intended to serve as protection against tampering at the soft-
start/quick exhaust valve (table).

Screw the threaded pin 2
into the hole of the manual
override (A) tapping until
flush. If you screw it in
again, observe the threads
already present.
Place the cover 1on the
intended holes.
Press the cover 1on until it
snaps into place.
Glue on the cover 3
(section 3).
Note
Dismounting of the cover 1is only possible by destroying the
snap-in hooks!

Place the cover 1on the
intended threads.
Tighten the screws 2.
Observe the permissible
tightening torque.
Glue on the cover 3
(section 3).
3. Mounting in the case of pilot control with manual override (D).
Clean the corresponding surface on the manual override (D).
Note
All non-abrasive cleaning agents are permissible, such as:
–soap suds (max. +50 °C)
–petroleum ether.

Remove the adhesive
transparency from the co-
ver 3.
Glue the cover 3onto the
manual override (D)
corresponding to the cut-
outs.
