Requires three "C" batteries (included).
An adult must remove this product from the package and install batteries.
Tool required to remove product from package and for battery replacement:
Phillips screwdriver (not included).

Please keep small parts such
as the plastic tabs out of

Throw the plastic tab away.
In exceptional circumstances, batteries
may leak fluids that can cause a
chemical burn injury or ruin your
product. To avoid battery leakage:
• Do not mix old and new batteries or
batteries of different types: alkaline,
standard (carbon-zinc) or recharge-
able (nickel-cadmium).
• Insert batteries as indicated inside the
battery compartment.
• Remove batteries during long periods
of non-use. Always remove exhausted
batteries from the product. Dispose
of batteries safely. Do not dispose of
product in a fire. The batteries may
explode or leak.
• Never short-circuit the battery
terminals.
• Use only batteries of the same or
equivalent type, as recommended.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable
batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from
the product before charging.
• If removable, rechargeable batteries
are used, they are only to be charged
under adult supervision.

For best performance, we recommend
replacing the batteries that came with
this toy with three, new alkaline “AA”
(LR6) batteries.
• Locate the battery compartment on the
bottom of the toy. Loosen the screws in
the battery compartment door with a
Phillips screwdriver. Remove the battery
compartment door.
• Remove and dispose of worn batteries.
Insert three "C" (LR14) alkaline batteries.

CAUTION
Note: A plastic tab was attached to the
toy for in-store demonstration purposes.
While the tab may have already been
removed, check the toy to be sure.
If the plastic tab is still attached, pull
and remove the tab from the toy.
Throw the plastic tab away.
Battery Safety Information
Hint: We recommend using alkaline
batteries for longer battery life.
• Replace the battery compartment door
and tighten the screws with a Phillips
screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
• When sounds, or motions from this toy
become faint or stop, it’s time for an
adult to change the batteries!

Five Sides of Busy Play!
• Locate the power/volume switch
on the bottom of the toy.
• Slide the switch to the desired
position: on with low volume
or on with high volume .
When your child is finished
playing with the toy, slide the
power/volume switch to the
off o position.
• Place any of the eight special
blocks upright in the center of the
carousel and press down. Hear
about what’s inside of each block
followed by a fun sound effect!
Note: The block recognition
feature only works with the eight
blocks included with this toy.
Other Peek-a-Blocks™(sold
separately) produce only a
sound effect.
• Or, press the action button to hear
a fun tune and see the carousel
spin around with flashing lights.
