Attention
·Power supply: AC120V ± 10%, frequency 60HZ;
·Working environment: 32º - 1 04º F ;
·Before cleaning, you have to unplug the power supply cable. Clean with a slightly damp cloth to
wipe away the surface dust. Keep all electrical components away from liquids. Do not damage the
connection line and keep the plug in a safe position.
·Inside the control box, there are electronic components, metal parts, plastic parts, wires and so on.
They should be disposed in accordance with the local laws and regulations. They cannot be disposed
as household waste.
·Before using the product, please make sure the product has been installed correctly.
·Before starting use of the product, please read the instructions to fully understand all the product's
functions and settings.
·Keep children away from electric height-adjustable desks, control units and handsets.
Manufacturer is not responsible of any damages that result from children's unpredictable behaviour.
·Slight noise caused by the multi wedge belt or brake system will not impact the use of this product.
·Do not use corrosive or abrasive materials to clean this product and please dispose of cleaning
solutions in an environmentally friendly manner.
·Understand the risks associated with using this product. Children or those with cognitive impairment
should not use this product without supervision.
·If the power supply cord is damaged or broken, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a relevant
specialist to avoid any injuries.
·Please operate in a clean and safe environment. For example, do not left around your tools. And
always be careful to deal with packaging materials, in order to avoid any kinds of possible danger.
Potential chocking risk exists when children play with plastic bags!
·If necessary, retain the original package for future transportation.
Recycling and Disposal
This product cannot be disposed of as household waste. To prevent damage to the
environment, this product should be recycled. Please use the relevant recycling
systems available to you or contract the distributor or manufacturer for recycling
assistance.

Attach the connecting arms (3&4) to the legs using twelve M6x10mm bolts (C). Tighten with
4x4 hex key (A).

Attach the left side bracket (6) and right side bracket (7) to the legs using three M6x10mm
bolts (C) on each side. Tighten with 4x4 hex key (A).

Turn the legs upside down. Attach the feet (1) to the bottom of the legs using eight M6x16mm
bolts (B) and tighten with 4x4 hex key (A). Please note: Keep the longer end of the feet (1) and
side bracket (6&7) on the same side.
Please keep the feet and side brackets on the same direction of shorter end.

Connect the arms (3&4) with two cross bars (5) using four M6x30mm bolts (E) and fully attach with
the four knobs (F). Choose proper screw holes according to the actual size of work surface.
Please keep the feet and side brackets on the same direction of shorter end.

Note: Work surface is separately available for purchase.
Place the worksurface and attach it to the side brackets (6&7) using eight St4.2x20mm screws
and tighten with drill.
Tips: Remain the distance to the edge and mark them on the board.
Install the control box (8) and handset to the worksurface as shown on picture using six St4.2x20mm
screws and tighten with drill.
Please note: place the handset within the length range of the cable.

Connect the handset cable (9), power cord (10) and motor cable (11) to the control box as shown on
the picture.
Turn on the power and use the desk in accordance with the instructions.

Troubleshooting 1
This list is used for checking and solving common faults and errors. Please contact the manufacturer if

·Reset Process
a. Reset when using product for the first time or when the power becomes cut off due to electrical
problems.
b. When the LED display shows " ", only the DOWN button works.
c. Press and hold the DOWN button on the Handset until the desk reaches its lowest height.
d. Until rebound to 29.5" height (the display shows "29.5"), which means the reset process finished.
·After the reset process, press the UP button or DOWN button to lift or lower the height of desk
surface. The LED display shows the real time value. The range of the height value: 29.5'' - 48.4''.
·Save Height Position
a. Press the UP button or DOWN button to lift or lower the height of desk surface. For instance, you
adjust the height to 29.5''.
b. Press "M" SAVE button and the LED display shows" ", then press "1" to save the 1st height position
to 29.5''. The LED display shows " ".
c. Repeat step a and step b to save the 2nd height position to 39.5'' The LED display shows " ".
Save the 3rd height position to 48'' The LED display shows " ".
d. Press "1", "2","3", to automatically reach the height saved before.
·Long-Time Sitting Reminder
a. Press REMINDER button "A" to activate the function. The LED display shows " "
b. Two seconds later, the 45-minute countdown starts. When the countdown finishes, the buzzer will be
active with a 10-second "DiDi...DiDi... DiDi..." tone.
c. Within the 10-second reminder buzz, press the REMINDER button to start another 45-minute
countdown. Reminder will be reactivated 5 minutes later if nooperationoccursafterthesecond
reminderbuzz. No operation after the second reminder buzz, the Long-Time Sitting Reminder will be
automatically turned off.
d. Press and hold the "A" button for three seconds to turn off the Long-Time Sitting Reminder. The LED
display shows " ".

TroubleShooting 2
This is the solution of no response when you pressing UP and DOWN button.
Faults like LED Display shows error codes: E05/E06/E07/E08,
or no response when pressing UP and DOWN button.

Check all cables are connected well including the one connected to moto.
If not, please plug it tightly before the platform works.

Step 2
After you make sure all cables are connected well, now here are steps
to reset it.
① Press the down button then it will show up RST show as . " "
② Keep pressing the down button until the desk goes full down and it will
show up 29.5 on the LCD display. That means you reset it successfully.
If it does not show up the numbers, please do step 3.

After you try step 2 and it still didn't work for you, then
① Pull out those plugs show as Pic 1. Press the down button until the LCD
display turned off.
② Plug in the cables again and repeat step 2.
After you try all those ways without resolving it, please contact us and we
will provide you a new set of cables.
