carrytheunitbythepumphandleorthewand.
• Neveruseunitwithhydrocarbonsorammable
products.
• Donotexceedauidtemperatureof100˚F(37˚C).

Operaon Instrucons:
1. Conrmairpressureiscompletelyreleasedfromunitby
acvangthepressurereliefvalve(locatedonthesideof
thepumpassembly(LC-PA-SP1.5L)).
2. Securelyholdtheunitandunscrewthepumpassembly
(LC-PA-SP1.5L)fromthetank(TANK1.5L).
3. Followallinstruconsfromchemicalmanufacturer.Fill
tank3/4fullwithpre-mixedsoluon.
Note:Donotoverlltankwithsoluon.
4. Securelyholdthetank(TANK1.5L)andscrewthepump
assembly(LC-PA-SP1.5L)on.
5. Pressurizethetankbypumpingapproximately20to25
mes,orunlitbecomesdiculttopump.
Note:Donotoverlltankwithair.Thepressurereliefvalve
willleakiftheairpressureistoohigh.
6. Tostartspraying,pointthewandassemblyatthearea
youwishtosprayandpressdownontheOn/Ocontrol
todischargesoluon.ReleaseOn/Ocontroltostop
spraying.
7. Spraynozzlecanbeadjustedbyrotangit.Rotate
clockwisetonarrowpaern.Rotatecounterclockwisefor
widerpaern
Aer Use Instrucons:
1. Releaseairpressurefromunitaereachusebyacvang
thepressurereliefvalve(locatedonthesideofthepump
assembly(LC-PA-SP1.5L)).
2. Emptyallsoluonintankandrunfreshwaterthrough
unittorinsepartsthoroughly.
Maintenance Instrucons:
Warning: Always depressurize unit before performing
maintenance.
Tokeepyourunitoperangproperly,periodicallyperformthe
followingmaintenanceprocedures:
• Checkthepumpassemblyforwearandleaks.
• Checkthesucontubeandscreenfordebrisandcleanas
needed.
• Periodicallylubricatethepumpsealwithafoodsafe
lubricant.Tolubricatethepumpseal,raisepumphandle
andapply5to10dropsoffoodsafelubricantbetween
pumpandpumpsleeve.
Note:NEVERUSELUBRICANTSSUCHASWD40.
