General1.1.
The manufacturer accepts no liability whatsoever for loss or injury caused by failing to strictly adhere to the
safety guidelines and instructions in this manual or due to carelessness during installation, use, maintenance
and repair of the unit referred to in this manual and any of its accessories.
The unit may be operated by qualified and authorised persons only. Anyone working on or with this unit must
be familiar with the contents of this manual and carefully follow all guidelines and instructions. Never change
the order of the steps to be performed.
The management must instruct the personnel on the basis of this manual and follow all instructions and regula-
tions.
CE Mark1.2.
The unit was built in accordance with European Guidelines and standards as specified in the CE declaration
delivered with your unit.
To ensure its proper functioning, use the unit solely in accordance with its purposes as stated in NEN-EN-ISO
12100-2. In this standard ‘intended use’ means the use for which this technical unit is suitable in accordance
with the technical specifications of the manufacturer inclusive of the directions in the sales brochure.
In case of doubt this is the use which can be deducted as being normal use from the construction, the model
and the function of the technical unit. Operating the unit within the limits of its intended use also involves fol-
lowing the instructions in the user manual and observing the inspection and maintenance conditions.

Empty the grease tray in order to avoid overflow.•

Hygiene1.6.
Prevent already grilled products from coming into contact with raw products again to avoid transmitting•
salmonella.
Do not touch grilled products with hands or tools that have been in contact with raw meat. First thoroughly•
clean hands and/or tools that have touched raw meat.
Service, maintenance and repairs1.7.
Regularly clean the unit to ensure its continued proper functioning.
WARNING
Clean the unit daily. Observe the maintenance intervals (see chapter 7).•
Follow the instructions regarding what to do in case of malfunction (see chapter 8).•
WARNING
Do not clean the unit using a water hose.
This manual clearly makes a distinction between service, maintenance and repair activities that
can be carried out by the user and those that exclusively are to be carried out by qualified and
authorised service engineers.

Packaging material1.8.1.
All packaging materials are suitable for re-use. Do not dispose of the packaging material with
the industrial waste.

If required, the Fri-Jado supplier can advise on how to dispose of the unit. The Fri-Jado supplier can also indi-

Description of the unit2.
Operation2.1.
The oven contains infrared elements that heat the air in the oven. s spread the hot air evenly across the entire
chamber. The s are placed in pairs next to each other of which both s rotate in opposite directions. This results
in an even temperature all across the oven, ensuring nicely and evenly baking of the products. The s can rotate
in 4 different speeds to obtain the correct circulation for each product.
The intelligent control keeps the temperature in the oven to the set value.
Halogen light will illuminate the oven chamber during the entire process.
The oven has an intelligent control that allows storage of up to 250 programs. Each program can consist of a
pre-heating step and another 9 steps for which the baking time, the temperature and the fan speed can be set.
When a program has been fully completed and the setting is no longer subject to change, the control will at
every next run of the baking program apply an automatic baking time correction in order to obtain the same
result time and time again. The oven determines by how much the set baking time must be increased or decre-
ased on the basis of the temperature development during the baking process. In this way the same final result
will always be obtained, independent of the load of the oven and/or whether the products were defrosted
when the baking was started.
A large number of settings and the baking programs can be secured against changing by means of a password.

WARNING
The oven is designed solely for the preparation of meat, the baking of bread products, or the
heating of snack products.
Any other use shall be considered to be not in conformity with the intended use. The manufacturer accepts
no liability whatsoever with regard to loss or injury that may be the consequence hereof. The unit was built in
accordance with European Guidelines and standards as specified in the CE declaration delivered with your unit.
Use the unit solely in a technically perfect condition and in conformity with the intended use described above.

The control panel comes in two versions with different texts at the operating buttons. However, the functions
of the buttons are the same.
Button Function

START/PAUSE Start and stop a program.
CANCEL Cancel the program (go one step back in the menu).
OK Confirm a selection.
