GENERAL TECHNICAL DATA
This manual describes the Hot Counter Top merchandiser. Both cabinets are available in two sizes; 100
and 125 cm.

Removal and replacement of parts
WARNING: Disconnect electricity to the machine at the main circuit box. Place a tag on the
circuit box, indicating that the cabinet is being serviced.
REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS
FRONT GLASS
SIDE GLASS PANEL
• Remove the front panel as described.
• Unscrew one x screw at the backpanel, lift the plate and take it out.
• Remove the silicone kit.
• Take the glass panel out.
• Reverse order to mount the new glass panel. Apply new Silicone kit in the corner edge.
• Remove the two screws at the top ledge.
• Loosen the three screws at the bottom plinth, do not remove them.
• Remove the front glass.
• Reverse order to install.

BACK PANEL
THERMOSTAT DANFOSS
• Remove 2 screws to open the door
• Open the backdoor as described
• Remove the thermostat by pushing the 2 clips
• Reverse order to install
• Open the backdoor as described
• Remove the switch by pushing the 2 clips
• Reverse order to install

Removal and replacement of parts
SENSOR
CONTACTOR / POWER SUPPLY / SPEED CONTROL /LED DRIVER
• Remove the back panel at the left side as described.
• Unscrew the rail at the left side bottom of the upper shelf.
• Remove the screw that secures the sensor holder.
• Exchange the sensor cable from the thermostat connection 9 and 10 to the shelf.
• Reverse order to install.
• All electronic parts are located behind the back panel.
• Remove backpanel as described.
• Make sure that the power is switched off.
• Exchange the defective part.

TOP SHELF
• Remove both backpanels as described
• Remove backdoor as described
• Remove the pricerail as described
• Loosen three screws from the top plate
• Unscrew two screws at the left and right side next to the air tube.
• Lift and remove the upper shelf
• Bend the six clips to remove the heating element and wiring.
• Reverse order to install
• Remove both backpanels and backdoor as as described
• Open the back panel and remove the three screws under the metal frame
• Remove the metal frame
• Remove the two screws at each side next to the tube.
• Remove the front glass as described
• Loosen the two screws at each side of the plinth to remove it.
• To remove the metal front plate unscrew the 4 screws at the left and right side end.
• Loosen the nuts to be able to remove the pricerail
• The heating element can be exchanged
• Reverse order to install

Removal and replacement of parts
• Loosen the three screws at the hinge.
• Take the glass out and loosen all the hex screws.
• Reverse order to install the new glass.
LAMP HOLDER / LAMP
• Loosen the two screws at the left and right side.
• Remove the lamp holder and disconnect to replace the led strip.
• Reverse order to install the lamp.
FLAP DOORS
• Remove both screws at the inner side to take the door out.

BLOWER
• Remove front glass as described.
• Loosen the two screws at each side of the plinth to remove it.
• To remove the metal front plate unscrew the 4 screws at the left and right side end.
• Take the metal plate out.
• Loosen the three nuts of the mounting plate.
• Disconnect the tube and cable to be able to exchange the blower.

1. Open the back panel.
2. Remove the wiring from the sensor.
3. Attach a temperature sensor to the probe for
comparison.
4. Test the probe with an Ohmmeter.

If the elements are switched on, the indicator lamp A1 will illuminate.
Error codes on display:
• E29: PT sensor broken or wiring problem sensor.
• A01: High temperature alarm.
• A02: Low temperature alarm.
• A99: High voltage alarm.
• AA1: Low voltage alarm.
• OFF: Main switch alarm. Check parameter r12.
If the wrong temperature is displayed most probably a wrong type of sensor has been selec-
ted, check parameter 06.
When the ERC is reporting error codes the unit will switch to stand-by mode and cannot be
used until the problem has been resolved.
