Assembling TDR5 on MDS

Remove protective plastic before assembling

Unpack the MDS and TDR5 according the instructions in the corresponding user manual

Remove caps (#6)
Remove the plastic strip Demount the ventilation plate (4 screws)
Demount the lower front plate (2 screws)

Demount the top plate
Knock-out the 4 small holes and the 2 big holes at the TDR control side Remove the 4 legs of the TDR

Demount the side panels,
Remove the bottom plates and Disconnect the mains cable
Remove the grease drawer

Mass ±120 kg
Seal (with kit #3)the front and back between the plate and the TDR5 Hold the TDR just above the MD (Use of forklift truck is recommeded)
Mount the MD top plate to the TDR with screws #1 (former leg holes) Lead the interconnection wires through tule (#4) the top plate
Place tule (#4) for protection of wiring and through the excisting cable gland into the TDR

Fixate the top plate to the MD with four bolts #2
Seal the TDR bottom innerside arround with silicone (#3)
Lower the TDR on the MD Seal both gaps between the topplate and the MD glass panes
Place and fixate the intermediate plate (#5) in the grease drawer location
with the excisting screws

Connect the interconnection wires to the terminals in the TDR Remount all panels
Connect the TDR mains cable to the left terminals in the MD Place the bottom plates and grease drawer in the TDR
