aspects of your warranty.
Before you begin, take a moment and open all your Front Runner rack kit boxes and gather the assembly instructions for the various components.
A complete kit will contain:
1. A Front Runner Mounting System specific to your vehicle
2. A Front Runner Rack Tray or Load Bar Slats
This document will guide you through the assembly of the mounting system and assist you in fitting the roof rack tray or load bars to your specific
vehicle.
Please refer to the next page for a list of all the components, quantities and tools required.

IT IS CRITICAL THAT ALL FRONT RUNNER PRODUCTS BE PROPERLY AND SECURELY ASSEMBLED AND ATTACHED TO YOUR VEHICLE. IMPROPER ATTACHMENT COULD
RESULT IN AN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT, AND COULD CAUSE SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSEMBLING AND SECURING ALL FRONT
RUNNER PRODUCTS TO YOUR VEHICLE, CHECKING THE ATTACHMENTS PRIOR TO USE, AND PERIODICALLY INSPECTING THE PRODUCTS FOR ADJUSTMENT, WEAR AND

Assemble your Slimline II Tray, referring to
the RRSTUNI fitment guide.
Flip the Tray so that the bottom of the Tray
faces up.
Insert four M8x25 Hex Bolts into the Slats
machined slots as shown.
Insert four M8x16 Hex Bolts into the Slats
machined slots as shown.
Insert four M8x40 Hex Bolts into the Slats
machined slots as shown.
Refer to RRSTUNI and fit your Wind Deflector
(Item 7).
Loosely assemble the three Grab On Foot
Sets (Item 4) onto the slats indicated in 2.2
as shown using M8 Flat Washers and M8
Nyloc Nuts.
Note the 6mm Spacers (Item 2) must be used
on the front and rear feet. The 10mm Spacers
(Item 3) must be used on the rear feet only.

Refer to GOFR001 fitment guide.
Remove the Front Covers from all the Base
Feet by loosening the two M5x10 Button
Head Screws.
Loosen and remove the M5x60 Cap Screw,
M5 Spring Washer and Cap Screw Washer.
Loosley fit one Inner Grip and one Outer Grip
to each Grab On Foot using a M5 Cap Screw,
M5 Spring Washer and M5 Cap Screw
Washer removed.
FIT AND SECURE

Make sure that the Wind Deflector (Item
7) is installed before you proceed to the
next step.

Center the rack and tighten fully. Finish off by placing M8 Nut Caps over the M8 Nyloc Nuts.
Place your Tray on the vehicle
positioning all the feet so that they rest
on top of the roof rails.
Position the LH and RH front Grab On
Feet as shown.
Fully tighten all the M6x50 Cap Screws
to secure the Tray onto the rails.
Refit the Front Cover Plates.
13mm
Tightening Torque 6Nm
Make sure there are no movement on
the rack after fully tightening all the
fasteners.
