Drawer Deck Completion Set
IT IS CRITICAL THAT ALL FRONT RUNNER PRODUCTS BE PROPERLY AND SECURELY ASSEMBLED AND ATTACHED TO YOUR VEHICLE. IMPROPER ATTACHMENT COULD
RESULT IN AN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT, AND COULD CAUSE SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSEMBLING AND SECURING ALL FRONT
RUNNER PRODUCTS TO YOUR VEHICLE. CHECKING THE ATTACHMENTS PRIOR TO USE, AND PERIODICALLY INSPECTING THE PRODUCTS FOR ADJUSTMENT, WEAR AND

Secure the Fixed Front Wings (Item 9) on the
left and right side of the Drawer by using
M6 x 16 Hex Bolts, M6 Spring Washers and
M6 x 19 x 1SS Flat Washers
(Items 10, 11 & 7) as shown.

You will need to relocate the two front
D-Rings on the Drawer. Loosen the D-Rings
and unclip the Cage Nuts. Move the
Cage Nuts to the new positions as shown
and secure.
Place the Drawer System into the vehicle
taking care not to damage any of the interior
plastic panels. Position the Draw System
as close to the rear door as possible and
center in the vehicle.
Loosen and remove the the two rear seats.
Use the bolts that you have removed to
secure the D-Rings supplied with the
Drawer system (SSDR005) as shown.

Fit the Top Rear Wing (Item 3) to the Bottom
Rear Wing (Item 4) using M6 x 12 Button
Heads, M6 x 12 x 1SS Flat Washers and
M6 Nyloc Nuts (Items 2, 5 & 6) as shown.

Loosen and remove the two rear
Button Head Screws on either side, securing
the deck to the drawer. Slide the Bottom Rear
Wings (Item 4) between the drawer and the
deck. Refit the Button Head
Screws and tighten.
Loosely assemble the Adjustable Front Wings
(Item 8) to the Fixed Front Wings (Item 9)
using M6 x 16 Hex Bolts, M6 x 19 x 1SS Flat
Washers and M6 Nyloc Nuts
(Items 10, 7 & 6) as shown.
Do this on the left and right side of the
Drawer System.
The fasteners will be fully tightened in
Step 2.9.

Place the Side Decks (Item 1) onto the
Drawer making sure that you slide it into
the C-clip of the Front and Rear
Side Wings. Push the Adjustable Front Wing
up against the Side Deck.
Carefully remove the Side Deck so that the
adjustable Front Wings do not move.
Secure the Adjustable Front Wings and refit
the Side Decks.

Secure the Drawer System in position using
the 37mm Laser Cut Carabiner (Item 17) and
the Turn Buckles (supplied with SSDR005)
as shown.
Tighten the wing nut on each Turn Buckle to
prevent it from coming loose.
Fit the Pinch Weld (Item 12) onto the
Front Faces (Item 13) before securing the
Front Faces to the Drawer.
Secure the Front Face to the Drawer using
M5 x 10 Button Heads, M5 x 10 x 1SS
Flat Washers and M5 Nyloc Nuts
(Items 14, 15 & 16) as shown.
