Profi-Druckluft-Stabschleifer mit doppelt gelagerter Welle,
Gummiertem Handgrifft für ermüdungsfreies und vibrationsarmes
Arbeiten. Durch Abluftkanal keine Verwirbelungen von Staub am
Werkstück, Sicherheitsbügel gegen unbeabsichtigtes einschalten.
Gewährleistung
Die Gewährleistungszeit beträgt 12 Monate bei
gewerblicher Nutzung, 24 Monate für
Verbraucher und beginnt mit dem Zeitpunkt des
Kaufs des Gerätes.
Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich ausschließlich
auf Mängel, die auf Material- oder
Herstellungsfehler zurückzuführen sind. Bei
Geltendmachung eines Mangels im Sinne der
Gewährleistung ist der Kaufbeleg - der das
Verkaufsdatum auszuweisen hat - mit
Verkaufsdatum beizufügen.
Von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen sind
unsachgemäße Nutzung, wie z. B. Überlastung
des Gerätes, Gewaltanwendung,
Beschädigungen durch Fremdeinwirkung,
Fremdkörper, sowie Nichtbeachtung der

Tragen Sie eine Schutzbrille! Tragen
Sie einen Gehörschutz!
Vor dem täglichen Betrieb bitte immer Wasser
aus dem Luftkompressortank ablassen und das
Kondensationswasser aus dem Luftschlauch
blasen.
Sollte noch kein Dichtmittel auf dem DL-Nippel
aufgetragen sein, umbinden Sie diesen mit
Teflonband. (Bild 2 und 3)
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Sicherheitshinweis! Wenn die folgenden
Hinweise nicht beachtet werden, kann
dies zu Verletzungen bei Ihnen oder
anderen Personen führen.
1. Lesen Sie die Gebrauchsanweisung des
Druckluftgerätes und beachten Sie die
Sicherheitshinweise für den Gebrauch
des Druckluftgerätes.
2. Tragen Sie IMMER eine geprüfte
Schutzbrille, einen Gehörschutz, eine
Atemschutzmaske und
Sicherheitshandschuhe.
3. Trennen Sie das Gerät von der
Luftzufuhr, wenn es nicht in Gebrauch ist.
Wechseln Sie NIEMALS Zubehörteile
oder führen Sie KEINE Wartungsarbeiten
durch solange das Gerät mit der
Luftzufuhr verbunden ist.
4. Stellen Sie einen sicheren Stand sicher.
Achten Sie darauf Ihr Gleichgewicht nicht
zu verlieren.
5. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie ihre Hände
bei der Arbeit am Gerät frei bewegen
können damit, die Arbeit sicher verrichtet
werden kann.
6. Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur mit der
Geschwindigkeit für das es ausgelegt ist.
7. Warten Sie das Gerät ordentlich und
befolgen Sie alle Anweisungen zur
Schmierung und Gerätewartung.
8. Schädigen Sie die Schläuche und
Verbindungsstücke nicht dadurch, dass
Sie das Gerät am Schlauch tragen oder
den Schlauch durch Zerren von der
Luftzufuhr trennen. Verhindern Sie, dass
der Schlauch mit Hitze, Öl oder scharfen
Kanten in Kontakt kommt. Der Schlauch
sollte ausgetauscht werden, wenn er
beschädigt oder verschlissen ist.
9. Das Gerät nur mit zulässigem
Betriebsdruck betreiben. Ein größerer
Druck würde aufgrund höherer Belastung
die Lebensdauer Ihres Gerätes
verkürzen.
10. Das Gerät mit dem Luftzufuhrschlauch
verbinden.
11. Funken können während des
Schleifvorganges entstehen
12. Verwenden Sie keine beschädigten
Schleifmittel
13. Verwenden Sie keine unnötig langen
Druckschläuche, um Stolperfallen zu
vermeiden
14. Lassen Sie das DL-Gerät nie
unbeaufsichtigt.
15. Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern und
Unbefugten fern.
16. Richten Sie den Luftstrahl niemals auf
Menschen oder Tiere.
17. Halten Sie das DL-Gerät niemals an
Körperöffungen, dies kann zu
lebensgefährlichen Verletzungen führen!
Achtung! Erfassen durch rotierendes
Werkzeug!
Wartung und Pflege
Die Wartung darf nur von unterwiesenen
Personen durchgeführt werden.
Die Einhaltung der hier angegebenen
Wartungshinweise sichert für dieses
Qualitätsprodukt eine lange Lebensdauer und
einen störungsfreien Betrieb. Trennen Sie das
Gerät bei Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten von der
Druckluftquelle. Für eine dauerhaft einwandfreie
Funktion Ihres Druckluftgerätes ist eine tägliche
Reinigung und eine regelmäßige Schmierung
unerläßlich. Verwenden Sie hierfür nur spezielles
Druckluftöl.
Folgende Möglichkeiten stehen Ihnen in Sachen
Schmierung zur Auswahl:
a. über einen Nebelöler
Eine komplette Wartungseinheit beinhaltet
einen Nebelöler und ist am Kompressor
angebracht.
b. über einen Leitungsöler
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Werkzeuges (ca.
50 cm Abstand ) wird ein Leitungsöler
installiert, der das Werkzeug ausreichend mit
Öl versorgt.
c. von Hand

Ist bei Ihrer Anlage weder eine
Wartungseinheit noch ein Leitungsöler
vorhanden, so müssen vor jeder
Inbetriebnahme des Druckluft- Werkzeuges
3-5 Tropfen Öl in den Druckluftanschluss
gegeben werden. War das Druckluft-
Werkzeug mehrere Tage außer Betrieb,
müssen Sie vor dem Einschalten 5-10
Tropfen Öl in den Druckluftanschluss geben.
Lagern Sie Ihre Druckluftwerkzeuge/ -geräte
nur in trockenen Räumen.
Alle drei Monate, oder wenn der Winkelschleifer
nur selten läuft, sollten Sie den Luftschlauch
entfernen und eine größere Menge an DL-Öl in
den Lufteinlass einfüllen. Schließen Sie dann
wieder den Luftschlauch an und lassen Sie den
Schlagschrauber zirka 30 Sekunden laufen um
den Motor des Luftgeräts zu reinigen. Befolgen
Sie nach der Reinigung die Anweisungen zur
Schmierung
Entsorgung
Die Entsorgungshinweise ergeben sich aus den
Piktogrammen die auf dem Gerät bzw. der
Verpackung aufgebracht sind. Eine Beschreibung
der einzelnen Bedeutungen finden Sie im Kapitel
„Kennzeichnung“.
Entsorgung der Transportverpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor
Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien
sind in der Regel nach umweltverträglichen und
entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten
ausgewählt und deshalb recycelbar.
Das Rückführen der Verpackung in den
Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoffe und verringert
das Abfallaufkommen.
Verpackungsteile (z.B. Folien, Styropor®) können
für Kinder gefährlich sein. Es besteht
Erstickungsgefahr!
Bewahren Sie Verpackungsteile außerhalb der
Reichweite von Kindern auf und entsorgen Sie
sie so schnell wie möglich.
Verhalten im Notfall
Leiten Sie die der Verletzung entsprechend
notwendigen Erste Hilfe Maßnahmen ein und
fordern Sie schnellst möglich qualifizierte
ärztliche Hilfe an. Bewahren Sie den Verletzten
vor weiteren Schädigungen und stellen Sie
diesen ruhig.
Für einen eventuell eintretenden Unfall sollte
immer ein Verbandskasten nach DIN 13164
am Arbeitsplatz griffbereit vorhanden sein.
Dem Verbandskasten entnommenes Material
ist sofort wieder aufzufüllen.

Professional pneumatic bar grinding machine with double
shaft support, rubbered handle for effortless work and with
minimum vibrations. Due to the foul air duct, dust is not
thrown up on the work-piece. Safety switch against
unintentional switching on.
Guarantee
Guarantee claims according to the guarantee certificate
attached. Please, understand that we are unable to accept
the guarantee for the following reasons:
• Breach of operation and service instructions.
Necessary cleaning neglect.
• Forcible use, unprofessional handing, misuse or accident.

Warranty
A warranty period of 12 months applies to commercial

Always empty water from the compressor tank and
blow condensation out of the air hose before
everyday operation.
If seal has not yet been applied on the pneumatic
insertion wrap it with a Teflon tape (picture 2 and 3)
General safety instructions
Safety notice! Failing to follow these
instructions can cause an injury to you or
other persons.
1. Read the following Operating Instructions for
using the pneumatic appliance and follow the
safety instructions for using the pneumatic
appliance.
2. ALWAYS wear proven protective glasses, ear
protectors, a breathing mask and safety gloves.
3. Disconnect the appliance from air supply if not
used. NEVER replace any parts of the
accessories or SERVICE them if the appliance
is connected with the air supply.
4. Ensure a safe distance. Make sure you did not
lose balance.
5. Ensure that your hands could freely move
while working on the appliance to be able to
execute the work safely.
6. Use the appliance only at a speed for which it
has been designed.
7. Properly maintain the appliance and follow all
instructions for appliance lubrication and
maintenance.
8. Do not damage the hoses and connecting
pieces by carrying the appliance with its hose
or by disconnecting the hose from the air
supply by pulling. Prevent the hose from
coming into contact with high temperatures, oil
and sharp edges. The hose should be replaced
if damaged or worn out.
9. Use the appliance with allowable service
pressure only. Higher pressure would shorten
the service life of your appliance as a result of
higher load.
10. Connect the appliance with an air supply hose.
11. There can be sparks during the grinding
process.
12. Do not use any damaged grinding material.
13. Do not use any unnecessarily long delivery
hose to prevent a risk of trip.
14. Never leave the pneumatic appliance
unattended.
15. Never put the appliance near people or
animals.
16. Never aim at people or animals with the air
current.
17. Never put the pneumatic appliance near body
holes – it can lead to injuries dangerous to life!
Attention! You can get caught by the rotary tool!
Maintenance and Care
Only trained persons ate allowed to do the
maintenance.
Observing warning commands shown in the
Lasting and trouble-free function of your ratchet
screwdriver is grounded on regular lubrication. Use
only a special tool oil. Pick up a possibility of
lubrication: Use only a special tool oil. Pick up a
possibility of lubrication.
Ways of lubrication are following:
a) Via a beam added lubricator
The full maintenance unit include a beam
added lubricator and is placed on the
compressor.
b) Via a lubricator on the piping
A lubricator installed on piping supplying the
unit with sufficient amount of oil in an
immediate distance from the unit
(approximately 50 cm).
c) Manually
If there is no maintenance unit or a lubricator on
piping, 5-6 drops of oil should be put in pneumatic
connection before every putting in operation.
Store the pneumatic tool in dry rooms.
The air hose must be removed and more pneumatic
oil poured in the air intake every three months or
when the grinding machine is used less often.
Reconnect the air hose and let the eccentric
grinding machine run for app. 30 seconds so that
the compressor engine was cleaned. After cleaning,
follow all lubrication instructions.
Disposal

Disposal instructions are illustrated in the form of pictograms on the
device or packaging. Description of the pictograms is given in
"Identification" chapter.
Disposal of transport packaging
Packaging protects the device against damage during transport.
Packaging materials are usually selected according to their effect on
environment and disposal methods and can therefore be recycled.
Returning of the packaging back to circulation saves resources and
costs for packaging disposal.
Parts of the packaging (e.g. foil, styropor) may be dangerous
for children. Risk of suffocation!
Keep these parts of the packaging out of reach of children and
dispose as soon as possible.
Emergency Action
Apply the first aid adequate to the injury and get qualified medical
assistance as quickly as possible. Protect the injured person from more
accidents and calm him/her down.
For the sake of eventual accident, in accordance with DIN 13164, a
workplace has to be fitted with a first-aid kit. It is essential to
replace any used material in the first-aid kit immediately after it
has been used. If you seek help, state the following pieces of
information:

Garantie
La durée de la garantie est de 12 mois en cas d’une

consommateur final. La période de garantie commence

La garantie s’applique exclusivement sur les défauts de
matériel ou des défauts de fabrication. En cas de
réclamation pendant la durée de la garantie, veuillez

Avant le fonctionnement journalier, veuillez toujours
vider l’eau du réservoir de compresseur et soufflet le
condensat du tuyau d’air.
Si le produit d’étanchéité n’est pas appliqué sur l’embout
pneumatique, veuillez enrouler la bande téflon autour de
cet embout (images 2 et 3)
Consignes générales de sécurité
Avertissement de sécurité ! Le non respect des
consignes suivantes peut engendrer des
blessures pouvant concerner vous même ou
des tiers.
1. Lisez le mode d’emploi de l‘outil pneumatique
et
espectez les consignes d’utilisation de cet outil.
2. Portez TOUJOURS des lunettes de protection,
une protection auditive, un masque et des
gants de sécurité.
3. Si vous n’utilisez pas l’appareil, débranchez-le
de la source de l’amenée
d’air. Ne remplacez JAMAIS les accessoires et ne
réalisez JAMAIS l’entretien si l’appareil est
branché à l’amenée d’air.
4. Respectez une distance sûre. Veillez à ne pas
perdre l’équilibre.
5. Veillez à ce que vos mains puissent se
déplacer librement sur l’appareil de façon à
assurer la sécurité du travail.
6. Utilisez l’appareil uniquement avec la vitesse
pour laquelle il a été conçu.
7. Réalisez un entretien minutieux et respectez

8. Faites attention à ne pas endommager les
tuyaux et les pièces de raccordement en
portant l’appareil par le tuyau ou en
débranchant le tuyau de l’amenée d’air en tirant
dessus. Veillez à ce que le tuyau ne rentre pas
en contact avec des températures élevées,
huile et bords tranchants. Si le tuyau est
endommagé ou usé, remplacez-le.
9. Utilisez l’appareil uniquement avec la pression de
service admissible. Une pression supérieure
pourrait réduire la durée de vie de votre appareil
pour cause de surcharge.
10. Raccordez l’appareil au tuyau d’amenée d’air.
11. Risque de formation d’étincelles pendant le
meulage.
12. N’utilisez pas d’abrasifs endommagés.
13. Pour éviter le danger de trébuchement, n’utilisez
pas de tuyaux de pression trop longs.
14. Ne laissez jamais l’appareil pneumatique sans
surveillance

animaux.
16. Ne dirigez jamais le jet d’air vers des personnes
ou animaux.

Entretien et soin
L’entretien peut être réalisé uniquement par des
personnes formées.
Le respect des consignes d’entretien indiquées dans
ce mode d’emploi permettra d’assurer une longue
durée de vie et un fonctionnement sans panne de
l’appareil. Avant de procéder à l’entretien et au soin,
débranchez l’appareil de la source d’air comprimé.
Pour que votre outil pneumatique fonctionne
parfaitement pendant longtemps, il est nécessaire de
le nettoyer et de le graisser régulièrement. Utilisez
uniquement l’huile pneumatique spéciale.
Le graissage peut être réalisé par les modes suivants :
a) À travers le graisseur à jet de vapeur
L’unité d’entretien complet contient n graisseur à jet
de vapeur et est placée sur le compresseur.
b) À travers le graisseur
Un graisseur de conduites qui alimentera l’outil en
quantité suffisante d’huile sera installé à proximité
immédiate de l’outil (distance d’environ 50 cm).
c) À la main
Si votre dispositif ne dispose ni d’unité d’entretien ni
de graisseur de conduites, il est nécessaire
d’appliquer 3 à 5 gouttes d’huile dans le raccord
pneumatique de l’outil pneumatique avant chaque
mise en marche. Si l’outil pneumatique était hors
service pendant quelques jours, il est d’appliquer 5
à 10 gouttes d’huile dans le raccord pneumatique
avant sa mise en marche. Stockez les
outils/appareils pneumatiques uniquement dans des
pièces sèches.
Tous les trois mois ou si la ponceuse est utilisée

uniquement occasionnellement, il est nécessaire de
retirer le tuyau d’air et de verser dans la bouche d’air
une quantité plus importante d’huile pneumatique.
Ensuite, raccordez à nouveau le tuyau d’air et laissez
la ponceuse excentrique tourner environ 30 secondes
pour nettoyer le moteur du compresseur. Après le
nettoyage, respectez les consignes de graissage.
Liquidation
Les consignes de liquidation résultent des pictogrammes indiqués
sur l’appareil ou sur l’emballage. La description des significations
individuelles se trouve dans le chapitre « Indications sur l’appareil ».
Liquidation de l’emballage de transport
L’emballage protège l’appareil de l’endommagement lors du
transport. En général, le matériel d’emballage est choisi de façon à
ce qu’il réponde aux règles de protection de l’environnement et de
liquidation des déchets, par conséquent, il peut être recyclé.
La remise de l’emballage dans le circuit de matières permet
d’économiser des matières premières et de réduire les déchets.
Des parties de l’emballage (telles que films, styropore) peuvent
être dangereux pour les enfants. Danger d’étouffement!
Rangez les parties de l’emballage hors de portée des enfants et
liquidez-les le plus rapidement possible.
Conduite en cas d’urgence
Effectuez les premiers gestes de secours et appelez
rapidement les premiers secours.
Protégez le blessé d’autres blessures et calmez-le.
Pour des raisons de risque d’accident, le lieu de travail doit
être équipé d’une armoire à pharmacie selon DIN 13164. Il est
nécessaire de compléter immédiatement le matériel pris dans
l’armoire à pharmacie. Si vous appelez les secours, fournissez
les renseignements suivants:

Garanzia
Il periodo di garanzia è di 12 mesi in caso di uso
industriale, di 24 mesi per i consumatori, e inizia a
decorrere dalla data dell’acquisto dell’apparecchio.
La garanzia si riferisce esclusivamente ai difetti
dovuti a difetti di materiale o di fabbricazione. Nel
caso di reclamo durante il periodo di garanzia
occorre allegare il documento originale d’acquisto
con la data di vendita.
Non rientra nella garanzia l’uso improprio quale ad
es. sovraccarico dell’apparecchio, applicazione di
una forza eccessiva, danneggiamento dovuto ad un

Esercizio

Utilizzare gli occhiali di protezione! Utilizzare

Prima di esercizio odierno scaricare sempre per
favore l’acqua dal serbatoio del compressore e
soffiare la condensa dal flessibile d’aria.
Nel caso in cui l'inserto pneumatico non è ancora
munito della guarnizione, avvolgerlo del nastro di
teflon (figura 2 a 3)
Istruzioni di sicurezza generali
Avviso di sicurezza! Nel caso in cui non
saranno rispettate le seguenti istruzioni
può avvenire il danno su Voi stesso, idem
sui terzi.
1. Leggere il Manuale d’Uso dell’apparecchio
pneumatico e mantenere le istruzioni di
sicurezza per uso dell’apparecchio
pneumatico.
2. Utilizzare SEMPRE gli occhiali di protezione
verificati, protezione dell’udito, maschera
respirante e guanti di protezione.
3. Quando l’apparecchio non viene utilizzato,
deve essere scollegato dall’alimentazione
dell’aria. MAI sostituire le parti degli accessori
NÉ svolgere la manutenzione con
apparecchio collegato all’alimentazione
dell’aria.
4. Assicurarsi la distanza sicura. Attendersi a
non perdere la stabilità.
5. Assicurare che le Vostre mani possano
muoversi liberalmente sull’apparecchio,
perché sia possibile svolgere il lavoro con
sicurezza.
6. Utilizzare l’apparecchio solo con la velocità,
per la quale è dimensionato.
7. Mantenere accuratamente l'apparecchio e
rispettare tutte istruzioni di lubrificazione e
manutenzione dell’apparecchio.
8. Non danneggiare i flessibili e la raccorderia
utilizzandone per trasporto oppure tirando il
flessibile per sconnetterlo dall’alimentazione
dell’aria. Evitare che il flessibile venga in
contatto con le temperature elevate, con olio
ed angoli vivi. Il flessibile deve essere
sostituito, se danneggiato oppure usurato.
9. Utilizzare l’apparecchio solo con pressione
d’esercizio ammissibile. La pressione
superiore, per causa di carico aumentato,
provocherebbe la diminuzione della vita del
Vostro apparecchio.
10. Collegare l'apparecchio con flessibile
d'alimentazione dell'aria.
11. Durante la rettifica possono formarsi le
scintille.
12. Non utilizzare i materiali abrasivi danneggiati.
13. Non utilizzare i flessibili inutilmente lunghi per
evitare le inciampate.
14. Mai lasciare l’apparecchio senza la
sorveglianza.
15. Mai avvicinare l’apparecchio alle persone, né
agli animali.
16. Non orientare il getto d’aria contro le persone,
né gli animali.
17. Mai avvicinare l’apparecchio pneumatico ai
fori somatici, ciò potrebbe provocare le ferite
pericolose per la vita!
Attenzione! Afferramento dall'utensile in
rotazione!
Manutenzione e cura
La manutenzione può essere svolta solo dalle

persone istruite.
Mantenimento delle istruzioni indicati per
manutenzione assicura una lunga vita e funzione
perfetta del prodotto in oggetto. In manutenzione e
cura l’apparecchio deve essere scollegato dalla
fonte dell’aria compressa. E’ indispensabile per la
perfetta e durevole funzione dell’apparecchio
pneumatico la pulizia odierna e lubrificazione
periodica. Utilizzare solo olio pneumatico speciale.
La lubrificazione può avvenire mediante le
seguenti modalità:
a) tramite l’oliatrice nebulizzante
Gruppo completo da manutenzione include
l’oliatrice nebulizzante ed è installata sul
compressore.
b) tramite la tubazione di lubrificazione
In vicinanza immediata all’attrezzo (cca 50 cm
di distanza) viene installata sulla tubazione la
lubrificatrice che fornisce la quantità sufficiente
dell’olio all’attrezzo.
c) manuale
Nel caso in cui il Vostro dispositivo non dispone
del gruppo di manutenzione né della lubrificatrice
sulla tubazione, prima di ogni messa in funzione
dell'apparecchio pneumatico occorre versare nel
raccordo pneumatico 3-5 gocce dell'olio. L’attacco
pneumatico dell’apparecchio non utilizzato alcuni
giorni, prima dell’uso, deve essere trattato di 5-10
gocce. Stoccare gli attrezzi/apparecchi pneumatici
solo nei locali asciutti.
Ogni tre mesi, oppure quando la molatrice non viene
spesso utilizzata, deve essere scollegato il flessibile
d’aria e si deve versare all’ingresso d’aria la quantità
maggiore dell’olio pneumatico. Ricollegare quindi il
flessibile d’aria e far marciare la molatrice eccentrica
per cca 30 secondi, perché si possa pulire il motore
del compressore. Terminata la pulizia, mantenere le
istruzioni di lubrificazione.
Smaltimento
Le istruzioni per lo smaltimento derivano dai pittogrammi attaccati
sull’apparecchio e sull’imballo. La descrizione dei singoli significati
riporta il capitolo "Segnaletica”.
Smaltimento dell’imballo da trasporto
L’imballo protegge l’apparecchio contro i danni durante il trasporto. I
materiali d’imballo sono scelti a seconda la tutela dell’ambiente ed il
modo di smaltimento, perciò possono essere riciclati.
Il ritorno dell’imballo in circolazione dei materiali risparmia le materie
prime e diminuisce i costi di lavorazione dei rifiuti.
Le singole parti dell’imballo (es. fogli, styropor) possono essere
pericolosi per i bambini. Esiste il pericolo di soffocamento!
Tenere le parti dell’imballo fuori portata dei bambini e smaltirli
prima possibile.
Comportamento nel caso d’emergenza
Applicare il pronto soccorso relativo all’incidente e rivolgersi più
rapidamente al medico qualificato.
Proteggere il ferito agli ulteriori incidenti e tranquillizzarlo.
Con riferimento alla DIN 13164, il luogo di lavoro deve essere
sempre dotato della cassetta di pronto soccorso per eventuali
incidenti. Il materiale utilizzato deve essere aggiunto
immediatamente.
In caso di richiesta del pronto soccorso comunicare le seguenti
informazioni:
