Benutzen Sie das Gerät erst nachdem
Sie die Betriebsanleitung aufmerksam gelesen und
verstanden haben. Machen Sie sich mit den Bedie-
nungselementen und dem richtigen Gebrauch des
Gerätes vertraut. Beachten Sie alle in der Anleitung
aufgeführten Sicherheitshinweise. Verhalten Sie sich
verantwortungsvoll gegenüber anderen Personen.
Lesen und beachten Sie
unbedingt auch die Betriebsanlei-
tung des verwendeten
Plasmaschneiders.
Das Gerät darf nur von Personen betrieben werden,
die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Eine Aus-
nahme stellt die Benutzung als Jugendlicher dar,
wenn die Benutzung im Zuge einer Berufsausbildung
zur Erreichung der Fertigkeit unter Aufsicht eines
Ausbilders erfolgt.
Der Bediener ist verantwortlich für Unfälle oder
Gefahren gegenüber Dritten.
Falls über den Anschluss und die Bedienung des
Gerätes Zweifel entstehen sollten, wenden Sie sich an
den Kundendienst..
Sicherheitshinweise
Immer ein geeignetes Schweißschutzschild, Schutz-
kleidung und Schutzhandschuhe tragen.
Längeres Einatmen der Schweißgase kann gesund-
heitsschädlich sein.
Arbeiten Sie mit einer Absauganlage oder in gut be-
lüfteten Räumen. Vermeiden Sie das direkte Einatmen
der Gase.
Das Berühren der Schlauchpaketdüse und des Werk-
stückes kann zu Verbrennungen führen. Tragen Sie
immer spezielle Schweißhandschuhe.
Schlauchpaketdüse und Werkstück nach dem Betrieb
erst abkühlen lassen.
Längeres Arbeiten mit dem Gerät, kann zu Ge-
hörschädigungen führen. Tragen Sie stets einen
Gehörschutz.
Das Schweißgerät darf nur auf einem ebenen Unter-
grund und mit entsprechend gesicherter Gasasche
betrieben werden.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Schweißrauch abgesaugt
wird bzw. der Schweißplatz gut belüftet ist.
Glühende Schlacke und Funken können Brände und
Explosionen verursachen. Das Gerät niemals in feuer-
gefährlicher Umgebung verwenden.
Holz, Sägespäne,„Lacke“, Lösungsmittel, Benzin,
Kerosin, Erdgas, Acetylen, Propan und ähnliche
entzündliche Materialien sind von Arbeitsplatz und
der Umgebung zu entfernen bzw. vor Funkenug zu
schützen.
Als Brandbekämpfungsmaßnahme ist in der Nähe ein
geeignetes Löschmittel bereit zu stellen.
Keine Schweiß- oder Schneidarbeiten an geschlos-
senen Behältern oder Rohren vornehmen.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Pantograph dient in Verbindung mit einem Plas-
maschneider und der mitgelieferten Fernbedienung
als Kopiereinrichtung um entsprechende Formen
mittels Schablonen oder laminierte Zeichnungen aus
Metall auszuschneiden bzw. zu kopieren.
Dieses Gerät darf nur wie angegeben bestimmungs-
gemäß verwendet werden. Bei Nichtbeachtung
derBestimmungen, aus den allgemein gültigen
Vorschriftensowie den Bestimmungen aus dieser
Anleitung, kann der Hersteller für Schäden nicht
verantwortlich gemacht werden.
Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb
• Önen Sie die Verpackung und überprüfen Sie
die Vollständigkeit des Lieferumfangs (Abb. 1)
• Montieren Sie die Brennerhalterung mit der da-
zugehörigen Schraube am Pantograph (Abb. 2)
• Um bestmögliche Ergebnisse mit dem Panto-
graph zu erhalten ist ein korrekter Aufbau der
Kopiereinrichtung unabdingbar.
• Der Pantograph muss mit der Montageplatte
auf einem ebenen Untergrund festgeschraubt
werden. In dem Beispielaufbau auf einer Werk-
bank mit einer Arbeitsplatte aus Holz (Abb. 3, 4)
• Befestigen Sie den Brenner des Plasmaschnei-
ders in der Brennerhalterung (Abb. 5)
• Es empehlt sich das Schlauchpaket des
Plasmaschneiders mit Kabelbinder auf dem
Pantographen zu xieren. (Abb. 6)
• Installieren Sie die beiliegende Fernbedienung
am Plasmaschneider (Abb. 7)
• Das zu bearbeitende Werkstück sicher mit
Schraubzwingen am Tisch befestigen (Abb. 8)

• Achten Sie darauf, dass sich unter dem Werk-
stück keine brennbaren Materialien benden,
da der Plasmastrahl das Material durchdringt.
• Die Kopiereinrichtung ist nun betriebsbereit
(Abb. 9)
• Als Kopiervorlagen können Schablonen, Ma-
tritzen oder laminierte Ausdrucke dienen (die
Laminierung verhindert die Zerstörung durch
die Kopiernadel).

• Selbstverständlich können auch Freihand-
schnitte durchgeführt werden.
Verhalten im Notfall
Leiten Sie die der Verletzung entsprechend not-
wendigen Erste Hilfe Maßnahmen ein und fordern
Sie schnellst möglich qualizierte ärztliche Hilfe an.
Bewahren Sie den Verletzten vor weiteren Schädi-
gungen und stellen Sie diesen ruhig. Wenn Sie Hilfe
anfordern, machen Sie folgende Angaben: 1. Ort des
Unfalls, 2. Art des Unfalls, 3. Zahl der Verletzten, 4. Art
der Verletzungen

tung beschrieben wurden, nur von qualiziertem
Fachpersonal durchführen lassen.
Die Maschine und deren Komponenten nicht mit
Lösemittel, entzündlichenoder giftigen Flüssigkeiten
reinigen. Zum Reinigen nur ein feuchtes Tuchbenut-
zen.
Befreien Sie die Belüftungsönung und bewegliche
Teile nach jedem Gebrauch von festsitzendem Staub
mit einer weichen Bürste oder einem Pinsel.
Nur ein regelmäßig gewartetes und gut gepegtes
Gerät kann ein zufriedenstellendes Hilfsmittel sein.
Wartungs- und Pegemängel können zu unvorher-
sehbaren Unfällen und Verletzungen führen.

Gewährleistung
Die Gewährleistungszeit beträgt 12 Monate bei ge-
werblicher Nutzung, 24 Monate für Verbraucher und
beginnt mit dem Zeitpunkt des Kaufs des Gerätes.
Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich ausschließlich auf
Mängel, die auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehler
zurückzuführen sind. Bei Geltendmachung eines
Mangels im Sinne der Gewährleistung ist der original
Kaufbeleg mit Verkaufsdatum beizufügen.
Von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen sind
unsachgemäße Anwendungen, wie z. B. Überlastung
des Gerätes, Gewaltanwendung, Beschädigungen
durch Fremdeinwirkung oder durch Fremdkörper.
Nichtbeachtung der Betriebsanleitungund normaler
Verschleiß sind ebenfalls von der Gewährleistung
ausgeschlossen.

Safety Instructions
A suitable welding shield, protective clothes and
protective gloves to be worn at all times.
Long-term inhalation of welding gases may be harm-
ful to your health.
Work with an exhaust system or in well ventilated
spaces. Avoid direct inhalation of gases.
Contact with the hose bundle nozzle and the material
being processed may cause burns. Special welding
gloves to be worn at all times.
Let the hose bundle nozzle and the material being
processed cool down after being operated.
Long-term working with the appliance may damage
hearing. Hearing protection to be used at all times.
Welder may only be used on a at surface and with a
properly secured gas bottle.
Make sure the welding smoke is exhausted or the
place of welding ventilated well.
Hot slag and sparks may cause re or explosion. Never
use the appliance in a ammable environment.
Wood, sawdust,„varnishes“, petrol, kerosine, natural
gas, acetylene, propane and similar ammable
materials must be removed from the place of work
and the surrounding area or protected against sparks
ying away.
To extinguish re, a suitable re extinguisher must be
made ready nearby.
No welding or cutting on closed vessels and pipes.

Specied Conditions Of Use
The pantograph is used in conjunction with a plasma
cutter and the supplied remote control as a copying
device to cut or copy corresponding shapes using
templates or laminated metal drawings.
Do not use this product in any other way as stated
for normal use. Not observing general regulations
in force and instructions from this manual does not
make the manufacturer liable for damages.
Assembly, commissioning and
operation
• Open the packaging and check the complete-
ness of the delivery (Fig. 1)
• Mount the burner holder with the correspondi-
ng screw on the pantograph (Fig. 2)
• In order to obtain the best possible results with
the pantograph, a correct construction of the
copying device is indispensable.
• The pantograph must be bolted to a at surface
with the mounting plate. In the example
construction on a workbench with a worktop
made of wood (Fig. 3, 4)
• Attach the burner of the plasma cutter to the
burner holder (Fig. 5)
• It is recommended to x the hose package of
the plasma cutter with cable ties on the panto-
graph. (Fig. 6)
• Install the enclosed remote control on the
plasma cutter (Fig. 7)
• Securely fasten the workpiece to be machined
with table clamps (Fig. 8)
• Make sure there are no ammable materials un-
der the workpiece as the plasma jet penetrates
the material.
• The copying device is now ready for operation
(Fig. 9)
• As templates templates, stencils or laminated
prints can serve (the lamination prevents the
destruction by the copying needle).

Repairs and works specied in these Instructions may
only be performed by qualied authorised sta.
Never clean the machine and its components with
solvents, ammable or toxic liquids. Us only a damp
cloth making.
Use a soft brush to remove the deposited dust from
the ventilation hole and moving parts after each use.
Only a regularly maintained and treated appliance
can serve as a satisfactory aid. Insucient mainte-
nance and care can lead to unforeseen accidents and
injuries.

Guarantee
Warranty period of 12 months applies to commercial
use and 24 months applies to private use and com-
mences on the day of purchase of the device.
The guarantee solely covers inadequacies caused
by material defect or manufacturing defect. Original
payment voucher with the sales date needs to be sub-
mitted for any claim in the guarantee period.
The guarantee does not cover any unauthorised

Instructions De Sécurité
Portez toujours un masque de soudage adéquat, une
tenue de protection et des gants de protection.
La respiration prolongée des gaz de soudage peut
nuire à la santé.
Travaillez avec un dispositif d‘aspiration ou dans des
pièces bien ventilées. Évitez de respirer directement
les gaz.
Le contact avec la buse du paquet de tuyaux et le

Utilisation Conforme à la destination
Le pantographe est utilisé avec un cutter à plasma et
la télécommande fournie en tant que copieur pour
couper ou copier les formes correspondantes à l’aide
de modèles ou de dessins en métal laminé.
Ce dispositif peut être utilisé uniquement dans le
but indiqué. Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité
en cas de non-respect des règles en vigueur et des
dispositions indiquées dans ce mode d‘emploi.
Assemblage, mise en service et
exploitation
• Ouvrez l‘emballage et vériez si la livraison est
complète (Fig. 1)
• Montez le support de brûleur avec la vis corre-
spondante sur le pantographe (Fig. 2)
• Pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats possibles
avec le pantographe, une construction correcte
du copieur est indispensable.
• Le pantographe doit être boulonné sur une
surface plane avec la plaque de montage. Dans
l‘exemple de construction sur un établi avec un
plan de travail en bois (Fig. 3, 4)
• Fixez le brûleur du cutter au plasma au porte-
brûleur (Fig. 5).
• Il est recommandé de xer le exible du cutter
à plasma avec des colliers de serrage sur le
pantographe. (Fig. 6)
• Installez la télécommande fournie sur le cutter
à plasma (Fig. 7).
• Fixer solidement la pièce à usiner avec des
pinces de table (Fig. 8).
• Assurez-vous qu‘il n‘y a pas de matériaux
inammables sous la pièce car le jet de plasma
pénètre dans le matériau.
• Le copieur est maintenant prêt à fonctionner
(Fig. 9)
• En tant que modèles, des gabarits, des pochoirs

Norme Di Sicurezza
Indossare sempre uno scudo di saldatura idoneo,
indumenti di protezione e guanti di protezione.
Inalazione per lungo tempo dei gas di saldatura può
provocare danni alla salute.
Lavorare con un impianto di aspirazione o nei locali
ben ventilati. Evitare l‘inalazione diretta dei gas.
Contatto con l‘ugello della tubazione e il materiale

dio o un‘esplosione. Mai utilizzare l‘apparecchio in un

Legno, segatura,„vernici“, diluenti, benzina, chero-
sene, gas naturale, acetilene, propano e simili mate-
riali inammabili vanno rimossi dal posto di lavoro e
dalle zone vicine, oppure protetti contro le scintille
buttate all‘aria.
In caso di un eventuale incendio occorre avere pronti i
mezzi di estinzione idonei vicino al posto di lavoro.
Mai eettuare saldature o tagli dei contenitori e tubi
chiusi.

Uso in conformità alla destinazione
Il pantografo viene utilizzato in combinazione
con una taglierina del plasma e il telecomando in
dotazione come dispositivo di copiatura per tagliare o
copiare le forme corrispondenti utilizzando modelli o
disegni in metallo laminato.
Questo impianto può essere utilizzato solo per lo sco-
po indicato. All‘inadempimento delle istituzioni delle
direttive generalmente valide e delle istituzioni nel
presente Manuale il costruttore non assume alcuna
responsabilità dei danni.
Assemblaggio, messa in servizio e
funzionamento
• Aprire la confezione e controllare la completez-
za della consegna (Fig. 1)
• Montare il supporto del bruciatore con la vite
corrispondente sul pantografo (Fig. 2)
• Per ottenere i migliori risultati possibili con
il pantografo, è indispensabile una corretta
costruzione del dispositivo di copiatura.
• Il pantografo deve essere imbullonato su una
supercie piana con la piastra di montaggio.
Nell‘esempio costruzione su un banco da lavoro
con piano di lavoro in legno (Fig. 3, 4)
• Attaccare il bruciatore del taglia plasma al
supporto del bruciatore (Fig. 5)
• Si consiglia di ssare il pacchetto del essibile
della taglierina del plasma con fascette per cavi
sul pantografo. (Fig. 6)
• Installare il telecomando in dotazione sulla
taglierina del plasma (Fig. 7)
• Fissare saldamente il pezzo da lavorare con le
pinze da tavolo (Fig. 8)
• Assicurarsi che non vi siano materiali inam-
mabili sotto il pezzo mentre il getto plasma
penetra nel materiale.
• Il dispositivo di copiatura è ora pronto per il
funzionamento (gura 9)
