2. Allgemeine Hinweise
Bedienungsanleitung lesen, beachten, für späteres Nachschlagen aufbewahren und
jederzeit verfügbar halten.
2.1. WEITERFÜHRENDE INFORMATIONEN
Zum Verbinden mit Druckluftquelle und Druckluftwerkzeug, Bedienungsanleitung des jeweiligen
Herstellers beachten.
3. Sicherheit
3.1. GRUNDLEGENDE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Unter Druck
stehende
Bauteile
Verletzungsgefahr durch sich lösende Schlauchenden, beschädigten
Schlauch oder Schlauchaufroller.
» Vor Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Reinigungsarbeiten, Schlauchaufroller von
Druckluftquelle trennen.
» Druckluftwerkzeug, Schlauch und Verschraubungen nur im drucklosen
Zustand lösen oder anziehen.
» Maximalen Betriebsdruck von Schlauch nicht überschreiten.
» Alle Verbindungen auf festen Sitz prüfen.
» Nur an Druckluftquelle anschließen, die ein Überschreiten des Betriebs-
drucks verhindert.
» Druckluftwerkzeuge mit Begrenzung der Durchflussmenge verwenden.
» Von Druckluftquelle trennen, wenn Schlauch sich nicht mehr ein- oder
ausziehen lässt.
» Bei Leckage am Schlauchaufroller oder Schlauch oder anderen Betriebs-
störungen sofort von Druckluftquelle trennen.
3.2. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Art.-Nr. 080078: Ausschließlich zur Verwendung mit Druckluft im Innenbereich.
Art.-Nr. 080079: Ausschließlich zur Verwendung mit Wasser im Innen- und Außenbereich.
Nur in technisch einwandfreiem und betriebssicherem Zustand verwenden.
Vor Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten, Schlauch von Versorgungsquelle trennen.
Haltebügel zur Montage an ebener, für Gewicht des Schlauchaufroller ausgelegten Wand oder
Decke.
Alle Verbindungen nach Verwendung trennen.
Schlauch nach Verwendung vollständig aufrollen.

3.3. SACHWIDRIGER EINSATZ
Keine Verwendung von Schlauchaufroller ohne vorherige Montage an Wand oder Decke.
Keine eigenmächtigen Umbauten und Modifizierungen tätigen.
Nicht in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen verwenden.
Nicht für entzündliche Gase verwenden.
Keiner starken Hitze, direkter Sonnenbestrahlung, offenem Feuer oder Flüssigkeiten aussetzen.
Nicht ruckartig an Schlauch ziehen.
Schlauch nicht in Nähe von scharfen Kanten verwenden.
Schlauch flach auf Boden legen, nicht knicken und Schlaufen vermeiden.
3.4. BETREIBERPFLICHTEN
Der Betreiber muss sicherstellen, dass Personen, die am Produkt arbeiten, die Vorschriften und Be-
stimmungen sowie folgende Hinweise beachten:
Nationale und regionale Vorschriften für Sicherheit, Unfallverhütung und Umweltschutzvor-
schriften.
Keine beschädigten Produkte montieren, installieren oder in Betrieb nehmen.
Erforderliche Schutzausrüstung muss bereitgestellt werden.
3.5. PERSÖNLICHE SCHUTZAUSRÜSTUNG
Nationale und regionale Vorschriften zur Sicherheit und Unfallverhütung beachten. Schutzklei-
dung muss entsprechend der bei der jeweiligen Tätigkeit zu erwartenden Risiken gewählt, bereit-
gestellt und getragen werden.
Fußschutz, Schutzhandschuhe, Gehörschutz und Schutzbrille bei Verwendung tragen.
3.6. PERSONENQUALIFIKATION
Fachkraft für mechanische Arbeiten
Fachkraft im Sinne dieser Dokumentation sind Personen, die mit Aufbau, mechanischer Installati-
on, Inbetriebnahme, Störungsbehebung und Wartung des Produkts vertraut sind und über folgen-
de Qualifikationen verfügen:
Qualifizierung / Ausbildung im Bereich Mechanik gemäß den national geltenden Vorschriften.
Unterwiesene Person
Unterwiesene Personen im Sinne dieser Dokumentation sind Personen, die für die Durchführung
von Arbeiten in den Bereichen Transport, Lagerung und Betrieb unterwiesen worden sind.

5. Montage
5.1. AN WAND ODER DECKE

üDübel und Schrauben für jeweilige Wand- oder Deckenbeschaffenheit wählen.
1. Sicherheitsverriegelung an Schlauchaufroller lösen, Schlauchaufroller aus Haltebügel heraus-
nehmen.
2. Haltebügel an ebener Oberfläche platzieren, zwei Bohrlöcher markieren.
3. Bohren, Haltebügel mit geeigneten Schrauben und Dübeln mit Montagefläche sicher ver-
schrauben.
4. Schlauchaufroller von unten in Haltebügel einhängen und Hebel mit Sicherheitsverriegelung
nach unten drücken.
6. Bedienung
6.1. SCHLAUCH AUSZIEHEN

1. Schlauch langsam auf gewünschte Länge ausziehen.
» Auf geraden Auszug von Schlauch achten.
2. Um Schlauch zu arretieren, erneut an Schlauch ziehen, bis Klickgeräusch des Sperrmechanis-
mus zu hören ist.
6.2. ANSCHLIESSEN
1. Schlauchaufroller mit Druckluftquelle verbinden. Geeignetes Druckluftwerkzeug mit Anschluss
für Druckluftwerkzeug verbinden.
» Bedienungsanleitung des jeweiligen Herstellers beachten.
» Maximalen Betriebsdruck des Schlauchs beachten.
2. Alle Verbindungen auf Funktion prüfen.
WARNUNG!Verletzungsgefahr durch unter Druck stehenden Schlauch. Nach jeder
Verwendung Schlauchaufroller komplett druckentlasten. Nicht unter Druck abstellen.
6.3. SCHLAUCH EINZIEHEN

1. Um Arretierung zu lösen, langsam an Schlauch ziehen, bis Klickgeräusch des Sperrmechanis-
mus nicht mehr zu hören ist.
» Schlauch gleitet langsam gebremst zurück in Gehäuse.
2. Schlauch während Einziehen führen.
» Stoppball darf sich nach innen bewegen. Einstellen der Federkraft nicht erforderlich. Stoppball
muss fest an Schlauch sitzen.

11. Reinigung
Vor Reinigung alle Verbindungen trennen, Schlauch druckentlasten. Schlauch von außen mit in
warmen, klaren Wasser getränktem Tuch von Schmutz oder Ablagerungen reinigen.
Keine chemischen, alkoholischen, schleifmittel- oder lösemittelhaltigen Reinigungsmittel verwen-
den.
12. Transport und Lagerung
Gerät mit Vorsicht transportieren. Keinen Schlägen, Stößen oder Vibrationen aussetzen. In Origi-
nalverpackung oder sauberer Schachtel lichtgeschützt und staubfrei an trockenem Ort lagern. Bei
Temperatur von 23°C ±5°C und Luftfeuchtigkeit zwischen 30%und 70% lagern.
13. Entsorgung
Nationale und regionale Umweltschutz- und Entsorgungsvorschriften für fachgerechte Entsor-
gung oder Recycling beachten. Metalle, Nichtmetalle, Verbundwerk- und Hilfsstoffe nach Sorten
trennen und umweltgerecht entsorgen.

2. General instructions
Read the instructions for use, follow them and keep them available for later reference.
2.1. FURTHER INFORMATION
For connection to a compressed air supply and pneumatic tool, comply with the manufacturer’s
operating instructions.
3. Safety
3.1. GROUPED SAFETY MESSAGES
Pressurised

Risk of injury from hose ends whipping free, damaged hose or Hose reel.
» Before performing any maintenance, repairs or cleaning, disconnect Hose
reel from compressed air supply.
» Unfasten or tighten pneumatic tool, hose or assemblies only when de-
pressurised.
» Never exceed hose’s maximum working pressure.
» Regularly check that all connections are firmly tightened.
» Connect only to a compressed air supply that will cut out before exceed-
ing the working pressure.
» Use pneumatic tools with flow rate limiters.
» Disconnect from compressed air supply if hose can no longer be exten-
ded or reeled in.
» Disconnect immediately from compressed air supply of Hose reel or Hose
are leaking or otherwise faulty.
3.2. INTENDED USE
Article no. 080078: Solely for indoor use with compressed air.
Article no. 080079: Solely for indoor and outdoor use with water.
Use only in a technically perfect and safe condition.
Before any repairs, maintenance or cleaning, disconnect Hose from supply.
Bracket for mounting on smooth wall or ceiling with load bearing capacity sufficient for Hose
reel.
Disconnect all connections after use.
Fully reel in Hose after use.
For both industrial and private use.

3.3. REASONABLY FORESEEABLE MISUSE
Never use Hose reel without first mounting it on a wall or ceiling.
Do not make any unauthorised changes or modifications.
Do not use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Do not use with flammable gas.
Not for use where there is exposure to intense heat, direct sunlight, naked flames or liquids.
Do not pull Hose suddenly.
Do not use Hose close to sharp edges.
Lay Hose flat along the floor, do not kink and avoid looping.
3.4. DUTIES OF THE OPERATING COMPANY
The operating company must ensure that personnel who work on the product comply with the
regulations and provisions together with the following instructions:
National and regional regulations for safety, accident prevention and environmental protection
regulations.
No damaged products are assembled, installed or commissioned.
The necessary protective equipment is provided.
3.5. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Comply with the national and regional regulations for safety and accident prevention. Protective
work wear appropriate for the risks associated with the intended activities must be selected,
provided and worn.
Wear foot protection, protective gloves, hearing protection and safety glasses.
3.6. QUALIFICATIONS OF PERSONNEL

5. Installation
5.1. WALL OR CEILING MOUNTING

üChoose wall plugs and screws matching the wall or ceiling.
1. Release the safety-locking mechanism on the Hose reel, remove the Hose reel from the retain-
ing clip.
2. Position bracket on smooth surface and mark two drilling positions.
3. Drill holes, screw bracket firmly onto mounting surface with suitable screws and wall plugs.
4. Insert the Hose reel from below into the retaining clip, and push down the safety-locking
mechanism.
6. Operation
6.1. PULLING OUT THE HOSE

1. Slowly pull the Hose out to the desired length.
» Take care to pull the Hose out in a straight line.
2. To stop the Hose, pull on the Hose again until the locking mechanism gives an audible click.
6.2. CONNECTING
1. Connect Hose reel to the compressed air supply. Connect a suitable pneumatic tool to the
pneumatic tool connection.
» Comply with the respective manufacturer’s operating instructions.
» Note the hose’s maximum working pressure.
2. Check that all connections are in order.
WARNING!Risk of injury from pressurised hose. Fully relieve hose reel of pressure
after every use. Do not store when pressurised.
6.3. REELING IN HOSE

1. To release fastening, slowly pull Hose until you no longer hear the locking mechanism’s click-
ing sound.
» Hose slides back into casing at controlled speed.
2. Guide Hose while it is reeling in.

11. Cleaning
Before cleaning, disconnect all connections, relieve hose of pressure. Wipe all dirt or caking off
outside of hose with a cloth soaked in warm, clean water.
Do not use chemical, alcoholic, abrasive or solvent-based cleaning agents.
12. Transport and storage
Transport device with care. Protect from impacts and vibration. Store in the original packaging or
box, protected from light, free of dust in a dry place. Store at a temperature of 23°C ±5°C and
between 30%and 70% humidity.

2. Obecné pokyny
Návod k obsluze si přečtěte, dodržujte ho, uschovejte pro pozdější použití a mějte ho
vždy po ruce.
2.1. DALŠÍ INFORMACE
Při připojení ke zdroji stlačeného vzduchu a nářadí na stlačený vzduch dodržujte návod k použití
příslušného výrobce.
3. Bezpečnost
3.1. ZÁKLADNÍ BEZPEČNOSTNÍ POKYNY
Součásti pod
tlakem
Nebezpečí zranění v důsledku uvolněných konců hadice, poškozené hadice
nebo Navíječka hadic.
» Před údržbou, opravami a čištěním odpojteNavíječka hadic od zdroje
stlačeného vzduchu.
» Nářadí na stlačený vzduch, hadici a šroubové spoje uvolňujte nebo
utahujte jen v beztlakovém stavu.
» Nepřekročte maximální provozní tlak hadice.
» Pravidelně kontrolujte všechna spojení ohledně na pevného uložení.
» Připojujte pouze ke zdroji stlačeného vzduchu, který zabraňuje
překročení pracovního tlaku.
» Používejte nářadí na stlačený vzduch s omezením průtoku.
» Pokud nelze zatáhnout nebo vytáhnout hadici, odpojte ji od zdroje
stlačeného vzduchu.
» Při netěsnostech v Navíječka hadic nebo Hadice nebo při jiných
provozních poruchách vše ihned odpojte od zdroje stlačeného vzduchu.
3.2. STANOVENÉ POUŽITÍ
Art. č. 080078: Výlučně k použití se stlačeným vzduchem uvnitř.
Art. č. 080079: Výlučně k použití s vodou ve vnitřní a venkovní oblasti.
Používejte pouze v technicky bezvadném a provozně bezpečném stavu.
Odpojte před opravou, údržbou, a čištěním, Hadice od zdroje napájení.
Držák pro montáž na rovnou stěnu nebo strop určený pro hmotnostNavíječka hadic.
Všechna spojení po použití odpojte.
Hadice po použití je třeba zcela navinout.

Pro průmyslový a soukromé použití.
3.3. NESPRÁVNÉ POUŽITÍ
Žádné používání Navíječka hadic bez předešlé montáže na stěnu nebo strop.
Neprovádějte samovolné přestavby a modifikace.
Nepoužívejte v místech s nebezpečím výbuchu.
Nepoužívejte pro hořlavé plyny.
Nevystavujte působení silného tepla, přímého slunečního záření, otevřeného ohně nebo
tekutin.
Netahejte trhavě za Hadice.
Hadice nepoužívejte v blízkosti ostrých hran.
Hadice položte na podlahu, nezlomte ji a zabraňte smyčkám.
3.4. POVINNOSTI PROVOZOVATELE
Provozovatel musí zajistit, aby osoby, které pracují na výrobku, dodržovaly předpisy a ustanovení a
následující upozornění:
Vnitrostátní a regionální předpisy pro bezpečnost a prevenci úrazů.
Nemontujte, neinstalujte nebo neuvádějte do provozu žádné poškozené výrobky.
Musí být poskytnuty potřebné ochranné prostředky.
3.5. OSOBNÍ OCHRANNÉ PROSTŘEDKY
Dodržujte národní a místní předpisy pro bezpečnost a úrazovou prevenci. Ochranný oblek musí
být zvolen, poskytnut a používán při provádění příslušné činnosti podle očekávaného rizika.
Při používání noste ochrannou obuv, ochranné rukavice, ochranu sluchu a ochranné brýle.

Vyškolené osoby ve smyslu této dokumentace jsou osoby, které byly zaškoleny pro provedení
