1.0 INTRODUCTION




Regular operation depends on the correct use and adequate

scrupulously what is described in order to prevent any inconve-
niences that could prejudicate proper operation and duration. The
equipment must be used, maintained and repaired by trained per-

6.0 MAINTENANCE
This chapter gives instructions on how to carry out ordinary and
extraordinary maintenance.
Ordinary maintenance

6.1 ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Ordinary maintenance consists in cleaning the instrument. Clean
the instrument with a wet cloth and mild detergent to avoid erasing
the serigraphs on the panel.

- Do not use abrasive products, solvents or alcohol.
- Do not press on the keyboard with pointed or hard objects

4.0 DESCRIPCIÓN
El monitor se aplica en sembradoras neumáticas de precisión de
tipo “monogermen” para realizar un control completo de las hile-
ras de siembra mediante una pantalla de cristales líquidos y 6/12

La Modalidad-Pasaje se selecciona cuando el valor de sen-
sibilidad programado «S» está entre T1÷T8.
Ejemplo, seleccionar la Modalidad Pasaje para el control de la

siembra en Modalidad Pasaje corresponde al tiempo máximo
(sin impulsos sobre una o más hileras) por encima del cual se
activa la alarma visiva y sucesivamente la acústica; el mismo
tiempo es valido para la desactivación de la alarma; los valores
programables van de T1 a T8 y corresponden a los siguientes
tiempos:
T1= 1,0 segundos T5= 3,0 segundos
T2= 1,5 segundos T6= 3,5 segundos
T3= 2,0 segundos T7= 4,0 segundos
T4= 2,5 segundos T8= 4,5 segundos
Ejemplo: si se programa «T3», para que se active la alarma
de una hilera NO debe llegar ningún impulso sobre esa hilera
por almenos 2 segundos y, una vez activada la alarma, para
que se desactive, deberán regresar los impulsos sobre esa
hilera por almenos 2 segundos.
