Safety Instructions
Welcome to the GBC Fusion
1000L laminator which is simple
to use with GBC lamination.
Perfectly designed for the
occasional users, at home or in
the small office.
For best lamination results and
performance, use only GBC
branded pouches.
Please take a little time to study
these instructions to ensure
you get the best results out of
your machine.
• Use this unit only for its
intended use of laminating
documents
• Do not laminate an empty
pouch
• The unit must be
connected to a supply
voltage corresponding to
the electrical rating
shown on the unit
• Do not use a carrier with
this machine
• Ensure the machine is
clear of pouches prior to
starting the next pouch
• Clean the lamination
rollers on a regular basis

Service
Do not attempt to service
or repair the pouch laminator
yourself. Unplug the unit
and contact an authorised
GBC service representative
for any required repairs.
Getting Ready to Laminate
Easy Set Up
1. Take the electrical plug and
place in an appropriate power
source, which is near the table you
intend to use.
2. To use the laminator move the
slider to the right from the ‘ ’ to
the ‘75 micron’ position. Below
the slider you will see a white
line, this indicates that you have
switched the laminator on.
NOTE: Only move slider to ‘ ’ for cold
lamination. Follow the instructions
included with your GBC self adhesive
laminate or other pressure sensitive, non
thermal laminating pouches.
Visual Ready Alert
3. The laminator will start to warm
up. When the laminator is ready
to use the green light next to the
‘tick ’ is illuminated.
NOTE: Your new laminator may emit a
slight odour during the initial operation.
Its is normal and will diminish after a few
hours of operation.

Cleaning
WARNING:UNPLUG
THIS PRODUCT BEFORE
CLEANING THE EXTERIOR.
WIPE EXTERIOR ONLY
WITH A DAMP CLOTH
AND DO NOT USE
DETERGENTS OR
SOLVENTS.
Regularly feed a cleaning
card or sheet of paper
through the laminator to
clean the rollers.
Before laminating
important or unique
documents, always run
a test pouch through the
laminator using a similar
type document.
Loading the Pouch
Laminating
1. Take your item to be laminated
and place in to the appropriate
sized laminating pouch, ensuring
it is firmly located along the sealed
edge. This is to help ensure that
you get optimal quality output.
NOTE: Do not cut pouches prior to
lamination.
1. On the front of the laminator
there are line indicators to help
you feed your pouch accurately.
Using the indicators feed the
sealed edge of the pouch, into the
laminator. The laminator will grip
the pouch and guide it through.
2. Upon exiting remove your
laminated item immediately and
lay on a flat surface to ensure

optimal quality.
3. When you are finished
laminating push the slider switch
back to the ‘ ’ position
and unplug.
Manual Release
NOTE: If the pouch does not appear at the
back of the laminator or you have mis-fed
the pouch - press and hold the release
button (indicated with the ) and pull the
pouch towards you out of the laminator.
Feed a cleaning card or sheet of paper
through the laminator to clean the rollers
before continuing.

机的用户量身定制。
为取得最佳塑封效果，请使用GBC
品牌的塑封膜。
为确保机器的最佳工作效果，请先
花点时间阅读本使用说明。
本机仅适用于塑封文件。
• 请勿塑封空的塑封膜。

塑封前的准备
开始塑封
放入塑封膜
简便设置
1. 将机器的电源插头插在一个就近
的插座上，并确保电源电压符合要
求。
2. 将开关从“ ”拨至”75 mic”
，当您能看到滑动开关下方的白
线，就代表开关已经处于开机档位
了。
注意：仅可使用 75mic/80mic规格的塑封
膜工作指示灯
3. 塑封机开始预热，当预热完成
后，“ ”符号右方的工作指示
灯亮起。
注意：新机在最初使用时可能会有一点气
味，这是正常的现象，气味会在机器使用
数小时后消失。
1. 塑封入口处的白色辅助线可以
协助您放入符合规格尺寸的塑封文
件。放入塑封膜时，请确保塑封膜
的封边在前。塑封机将完成剩下的
塑封步骤。
2. 塑封一旦完成，请将塑封品拿出
并放置于平坦的表面，这样可以取
得最佳塑封效果。
3. 如果不再塑封，请将开关拨至
“ ”，然后拔下电源插头。
注意：如果塑封件没有从塑封出口出来或
者您放错了塑封膜，请按下堵卡清除键
（指示灯显示为 ）的同时在塑封入口处
把塑封件拉出来。用一张清洁卡片或一张
白纸来清理辊轮。清理完毕后再继续使用。
1. 将文件用塑封膜装好：上下方向
同塑封膜的封边齐平，左右方向同
塑封膜的两端对齐。这将有助于取
得最佳塑封效果。
注意：塑封前请勿裁剪塑封膜。
在塑封重要文件之前，请用类似尺寸
/材质的文件先试机。

清理清洁
警告：清洁塑封机外壳前，
请务必先拔掉塑封机的电源
插头。仅可使用湿布擦拭外
壳，请勿使用洗涤剂或其它
溶剂。
请定期使用一张清洁卡片
或者一张白纸，模拟塑
封过程，以达到清理辊轮
的目的。清洁卡产品代
码：EK50000。
产品保修
本机在正常使用的前提下，自购
买之日起，保修一年。在保修期
内，ACCO品牌公司将自行决定
或是维修机器或是免费换新。因错
误操作或不当应用而造成的质量
问题不在此保修范围内。保修时
需要出具购买日期的证明。未经
ACCO授权的售后人员对本产品
的维修或改装将导致产品保修条款
的失效。我们的目标是确保我们产
品的使用效果与规格参数相符。本
保修条款不与符合法规的消费者合
法权益相冲突。

对酌情权，提供免費维修或更换故障机器部件。
1. 本保修不得转他人使用否则保修将作废。
2. 本保修应在下列情况下被视为无效：
a. 机身编号标签已被更改, 损坏或去除。
b. 由于使用者之過失或操作错误以致故障或损坏。
c. 本机并没有按照说明书中给出的指示安装或操作。
d. 未经允许自行维修或改裝以致故障或损坏。
e. 未经允许私自拆装以致故障或损坏。
3. 本保修只适用于中国大陆地区 (不包含港澳台地区)销售的产品。
4. 本保修不包括由产品正常磨损或撕裂导致的故障或缺陷。

IMPORTANT: Certificate of Warranty must be produced together with proof of
purchase (e.g. sales invoice, receipts, etc) when your equipment requires our
service. All services provided after warranty period will be chargeable.
Terms and conditions
ACCO Brands Asia hereby certify that all machines of whatever designs are free from any
defects in materials and in workmanship under normal use and service for twelve (12) months
from date of purchase. Should any defects occur within the aforesaid period, ACCO Brands Asia
shall at their absolute discretion, effect repairs or replacement of any part of the said machine
free of costs.
1. This warranty shall not be transferable, negotiable or assignable to any third party.
2. This warranty shall be considered VOID under the following circumstances:
a. The serial number of the machine has been altered or removed.
b. The machine has been subjected to misuse, accident, and negligence.
c. The machine has not been installed, maintained or operated in accordance with the
instructions given in the instruction manual.
d. The machine has undergone repairs, adjustments or corrections made to it by
unauthorised person.
e. The machine has been dismantled by unauthorised person.
3. This warranty is applicable only in Singapore.
4. This warranty shall exclude all faults/defects caused by natural wear and tear.
5. This warranty shall exclude all other warranties & guarantees, expressed or implied other
than mentioned above.
6. No notices will be given on expiry of this warranty. ACCO Brands Asia reserves the rights to
amend or modify the terms and conditions of this warranty without giving any prior notice.
