JASCO Products warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects for a
period of two years from the original date of consumer purchase. This warranty is
limited to the repair or replacement of this product only and does not extend to con-
sequential or incidental damage to other products that may be used with this prod-

Getting To Know Your New ZigBee Smart Switch
Must not exceed 600 watts (Incandescent); 1800W (15A) Resistive or 1/3HP
Motor. Total load capacity for both outlets is 1800W (15A) Resistive.
• One ZigBee controlled AC outlet
• Remote ON/OFF control via the ZigBee controller
• Manual ON/OFF control with the front panel push button
• One Always-ON pass-through AC outlet
• Energy Monitoring — The Smart Switch can report wattage (W) and kilowatt hours
(kWh). Energy usage is monitored through the ZigBee Controller Interface
• Over the Air updates — Once joined to your ZigBee network, the Smart Switch can
transparently receive updates through your ZigBee gateway
• LED Status Indicator — Indicates Smart Switch scanning during network pairing process
• Space efficient design
• Does not block the lower outlet when plugged in to the upper outlet of a duplex wall
receptacle. (This assumes that the duplex receptacle is mounted with the ground
pin down.)
• Plugs and cords for connected devices route to the side allowing close
placement of furniture

1. From your ZigBee controller’s menu, choose to add lighting device
and enter Locating/Pairing mode as instructed by the controller.
2. Plug the light or appliance you plan to control into the ZigBee
controlled outlet on the Smart Switch as indicated by the ZigBee logo.
3. Plug the Smart Switch into an available outlet.
NOTE: Plug directly into outlet. Do not use with extension cords
4. Network Pairing Begins Automatically: LED Status Indicator Blinks
as the Smart Switch automatically scans for a compatible network
controller to pair with.
5. After the Smart Switch is located and paired to the approved
ZigBee network, the LED status indicator will stop blinking and the
Smart Switch will appear in your controller’s menu.
The Smart Switch is now paired to the ZigBee network and can be
controlled remotely.
Note: LED Status Indicator stops blinking if a timeout occurs:
Auto-Scan mode will eventually time out if the Smart Switch has
not joined a ZigBee network. Press the front panel push-button on
the Smart Switch to restart pairing process following timeout.
Time out will only occur twice, if the Smart Switch is not paired
before the second time out, manual reset will be required before
pairing. Please refer to the following section for details.
Remove from ZigBee Network (Reset Device)
From the ZigBee Controller
From your controller or hub interface, choose to remove or delete the lighting device
as instructed.The Smart Switch will be removed from the ZigBee network following indication
from your controller. All configuration parameters will be reset after the Smart Switch is
removed from the network.
Manual Reset
1.Unplug the Smart Switch from the outlet.
2.Hold down the push button.
3.Plug the Smart Switch back into the outlet while holding down the push button.
4.Release button after the Smart Switch is plugged in.
NOTE: If the button is held down more than 4 seconds after being plugged in, the
Smart Switch will NOT reset and will remain with the current network. If the
button is held down more than 10 seconds repeat manual reset steps 1–4

Cómo quitar el dispositivo de la red ZigBee (reiniciar el dispositivo)
Desde el controlador ZigBee
Desde la interfaz del controlador o del concentrador, elija la opción quitar o eliminar el dis-
positivo de iluminación siguiendo las instrucciones. El dispositivo será eliminado de la red
ZigBee después de recibir la indicación del controlador. Todos los parámetros de configura-
ción se restablecerán una vez que el dispositivo sea eliminado de la red.
Reinicio manual
1.Desenchufe el módulo del tomacorriente.
2.Mantenga presionado el botón.
3.Vuelva a enchufar el módulo en el tomacorriente manteniendo el botón presionado.
4.Una vez enchufado el módulo, suelte el botón.
NOTA: si el botón se mantiene presionado durante más de 4 segundos después de
ser enchufado, el dispositivo NO se reiniciará y permanecerá en la red actual. Si
el botón se mantiene presionado durante más de 10 segundos, repita los pasos
de reinicio manual 1 a 4.

À partir de la télécommande ZigBee
À partir de votre télécommande ou de l’interface du concentrateur, retirez ou supprimez
l’appareil d’éclairage en suivant les instructions. L’appareil sera déconnecté du réseau Zig-
Bee suivant une indication sur votre télécommande. Tous les paramètres de configuration
sont réinitialisés lorsque l’appareil est déconnecté du réseau.
Réinitialisation manuelle
1. Débranchez le module de la prise de courant.
2. Maintenez le bouton-poussoir enfoncé.
3. Rebranchez le module dans la prise de courant tout en maintenant le bouton-poussoir enfoncé.
4. Relâchez le bouton une fois que le module est rebranché.
REMARQUE : Si vous maintenez le bouton enfoncé pendant plus de quatre secondes,
vous ne réinitialiserez PAS le dispositif et celui-ci demeurera branché au réseau.
Si vous maintenez le bouton enfoncé pendant plus de 10 secondes, répétez les
étapes 1 à 4 de la réinitialisation manuelle.

4. El proceso de sincronización con la red comienza automáticamente:
el indicador del estado del LED parpadea a medida que el dispositivo
busca automáticamente un controlador de red compatible para
sincronizarse con éste.
5. Una vez que el dispositivo haya sido localizado y sincronizado con
una red aprobada por ZigBee, el indicador del estado del LED dejará
de parpadear y el dispositivo aparecerá en el menú del controlador.
El módulo ahora está sincronizado con la red ZigBee y se puede controlar
de manera remota.
Nota: el indicador del estado del LED deja de parpadear una vez
transcurrido el tiempo de espera: el modo de Auto-búsqueda se
detendrá eventualmente si el dispositivo no se ha incorporado
a una red ZigBee. Presione el botón del panel frontal del módu-
lo para reiniciar el proceso de sincronización tras caducar el
tiempo de espera. El tiempo de espera sólo caducará dos veces;
si el dispositivo no se sincroniza antes de que finalice el tiempo
de espera por segunda vez, deberá reiniciarse manualmente
antes de su sincronización. Consulte la siguiente sección para
más información.

4. L’appairage au réseau s’effectue automatiquement : le témoin
d’état à DEL clignote lorsque le dispositif est à la recherche d’une
télécommande compatible sur le réseau.
5. Lorsque l’appairage du dispositif au réseau ZigBee approuvé est
effectué, le dispositif s’affiche sur le menu de votre télécommande
et le témoin d’état à DEL cesse de clignoter.
Ce module est maintenant appairé au réseau ZigBee et peut être commandé à
distance.
Remarque : Le témoin d’état à DEL cesse de clignoter après un
certain délai d’attente : le mode de balayage automatique sera
interrompu si le dispositif ne parvient pas à se connecter au ré-
seau ZigBee après un certain temps. Pour relancer le processus
d’appairage, appuyez sur le bouton-poussoir situé sur le pan-
neau avant. Si le dispositif n’a toujours pas été appairé après un
second délai d’attente, il sera nécessaire de le réinitialiser man-
uellement avant de relancer le processus d’appairage. Veuillez
