1 Deutsch
1.1 Checkliste für die Installation und Inbetriebnahme
Hinweise zur Installation
• Ventilpositionen bei der Auslieferung
– Hydraulische Abgleichventile haben einen Önungsgrad von 50%
– Spülventile sind geschlossen (Önungsgrad von 0%)
• Alle Kabelverbindungen müssen ausreichend angezogen sein.
• Zur eindeutigen Identifikation der Hycleen Ventile wird empfohlen, von jedem Ventil einen der
beiden Kleber abzunehmen und am besten direkt an der entsprechenden Position im Anlage-
schema oder auf einem Blatt Papier anzubringen sowie eine eindeutige Kennzeichnung (zum
Beispiel Strangbezeichnung) hinzuzufügen.
Zu beachten vor der Inbetriebnahme
ÎEinstellung der Zirkulationspumpe ist zu überprüfen und entsprechend anzupassen. Idealer-
weise ist diese auf statisch einzustellen, sodass der Dierenzdruck konstant und der Volumen-
strom variabel ist (Halbautomatik).
ÎEinstellungen der Temperatur und Zustand vom Warmwasserbereiter überprüfen. Dieser muss
genügend Warmwasser bereitstellen.
ÎÜberprüfen, dass alle am Hycleen Automation System angeschlossenen Ventile, Sensoren und
Controller erkannt wurden.

1.3 Registrierung
Die Georg Fischer JRG AG freut sich, Sie als Nutzer des Hycleen Automation System gewonnen
zu haben.
Um Ihnen bei Fragen oder für die Hilfestellung rund um das Hycleen Automation System best-
möglich Auskunft zu geben, würden wir uns freuen, wenn Sie Ihre Hycleen Anlage auf unserer
Georg Fischer Connect Plattform registrieren.

Auf dieser Plattform profitieren Sie von einer einfachen Systemübersicht ihres Hycleen Automation
System wie auch vom vereinfachten Erwerb zusätzlicher Module wie die Gebäudeleitsystem-
Schnittstellen BACnet und REST API, die neue Applikation zur erweiterten Automatisierung
«Aktor Automation Applikation» und die innovative Möglichkeit zum Fernzugri auf Ihre Anlage
mit Hycleen Connect.
Als Dankeschön für die Registrierung erhalten Sie von uns den Lizenzschlüssel für das Modul
«Master Relais» zur einfachen Programmierung der beiden Master Relais (24V & 230V) kostenlos
zum Download. Einfach das heruntergeladene Lizenzfile auf einen USB-Stick speichern, den
USB-Stick im Master einstecken und unter Netzwerk/Module aktivieren.
Registrierung
Für die Registrierung ist die individuelle Hycleen Master Identifikation notwendig. Diese ist im
Systemkonfigurationsfile oder unter «Einstellungen/Netzwerk» zu finden.
Ebenfalls benötigt wird die Systemkonfiguration Ihres Hycleen Automation Systems als PDF. Diese
können Sie gemäss folgender Anleitung vom Master auf einen USB-Stick herunterladen und dann
auf die Connect Plattform hochladen.

Hinweis: Besteht keine Verbindung der Anlage
mit Hycleen Connect, ist am Master wöchentlich
zu kontrollieren, ob eine Fehlermeldung
anstehend ist. Im Falle einer Fehlermeldung ist
entsprechend zu reagieren, um einen
reibungslosen Betrieb der Anlage sicherzustellen.

2.1 Check list for installation and startup
Notes for installation
• Valve position at delivery
– Hydraulic compensation valves have an opening degree of 50%
– Flushing valves are closed (opening degree 0%)
• All cable connections must be suciently tightened.
• For the clear identification of the Hycleen valves we recommend removing one of the stickers
from each valve and attaching it directly to the corresponding position on the system diagram
or to a piece of paper and adding a clear label (for example the thread name).
Notes before startup
ÎThe setting of the circulation pump must be checked and adjusted accordingly. Ideally, it should
be set to static to keep the dierential pressure constant and the volume flow variable (semi-
automatic).
ÎCheck the temperature settings and state of the water heater. It must provide enough hot water.
ÎMake sure that all valves, sensors and Controller connected to the Hycleen automation system
are recognized.

Georg Fischer JRG AG is happy to welcome you as a user of the Hycleen Automation System.
We would appreciate your registering your Hycleen system on our Georg Fischer Connect platform,
which would allow us to provide you with the best possible answers to your questions or support
you with the operation of the Hycleen Automation System.

This platform oers you a simple system overview of your Hycleen Automation System and facilita-
tes the purchase of additional modules such as the building management system interfaces BACnet
and REST API, the new application for enhanced automation «Actor Automation Application» and the
innovative remote access option to your system via Hycleen Connect.
As a thank you for your registration we shall provide you with the license key for the «Master
Relay» module for the easy programming of the two Master relays (24V & 230V) for download free
of charge. Simply save the downloaded license file to a USB stick, insert the USB stick into the
Master and activate under network/modules.
Registration
Registration requires the individual Hycleen Master identification. This can be found in the system
configuration file or under «settings/network».
The system configuration of your Hycleen Automation System in PDF form is also required. You can
follow the below instructions to download it from the Master to a USB stick and then upload it to the
Connect platform.

Note: If the system is not connected to Hycleen
Connect, check the master for error messages on
a weekly basis. If an error message shows,
respond accordingly to ensure smooth operation
of the system.

3.1 Liste de contrôle pour l'installation et la mise en service
Remarques sur l'installation
• Positions des vannes à la livraison
– Les vannes d'équilibrage hydraulique présentent une ouverture de 50%
– Les vannes de purge sont fermées (ouverture de 0%)
• Tous les raccords par câble doivent être susamment serrés.
• Afin d'identifier sans équivoque les vannes Hycleen, il est recommandé de retirer un des deux
adhésifs de chaque vanne et de le coller idéalement à l'endroit correspondant sur le schéma du
système ou sur une feuille de papier et de l'identifier (par ex. désignation de la gaine).
À prendre en compte avant la mise en service
ÎLe réglage de la pompe de circulation doit être contrôlé et adapté si nécessaire. Procéder
idéalement à un réglage statique, de manière à ce que la pression diérentielle reste constante
et que le débit varie (semi-automatique).
ÎVérifier les réglages de la température et l'état du chaue-eau. Celui-ci doit fournir susam-
ment d'eau chaude.
ÎVérifier que toutes les vannes, tous les capteurs et Controller raccordés au système Hycleen
Automation sont bien détectés.
