Bluetooth device compatibility
Your TR 2500 connects with all Bluetooth devices
that support the A2DP profile including the most
smartphones, laptops and tablets.
Selecting the input source Bluetooth
1Select the input source DAB with »Mode/
Alarm«.
– Display: »Bluetooth« and
»Searching«.
Pairing Bluetooth device
1Activate on the Bluetooth device the Bluetooth
function.
2Start on the Bluetooth device the search func-
tion.
– After a short period of time, your TR2500 is
displayed on the Bluetooth device.
3Select the TR 2500 on the Bluetooth device
and connect it.
4Once the Bluetooth device is connected to
your device, the TR 2500 will display »Blue-
tooth« and »Connected«.
Note:

Although the TR 2500 can only stream audio
from one device at a time, it is capable of
being paired with up to eight devices.

You will only need to pair your Bluetooth de-
vice with the unit one time.
7The next time your Bluetooth device and the
TR 2500 are in range of each other, and the
Bluetooth feature is turned on, they will auto-
matically connect.
7The TR 2500 will only automatically connect to
the last Bluetooth Device it was connected to.

If your paired device does not automatically
connect, navigate to the Bluetooth menu on
your device and select the unit from the list.
Play Audio signal from your Blue-
tooth device
1Start playback on the Bluetooth Device.
2Adjust the volume using »– +«.
3End playback on the Bluetooth Device.
Notes:
7Various functions may also be controlled
from the TR 2500. Select Playback-Pause
using »+5 eII« , press »+5 eII« again
to resume playback; select previous title by
pressing »rTuning/Skip«, select next title
by pressing »Tuning/Skip e«.
7Keep in mind that depending on the used
Bluetooth device and the structual conditions
the wireless range can be up to 9 m.
Disconnect the Bluetooth device
1Switch off the Bluetooth function at the Blue-
tooth device or press at the TR 2500 »Menu«
and confirm with »Select/i«.
– Display changes to: »Searching«.
Reconnecting the Bluetooth device
1If you move out of range or turn off the Blue-
tooth feature on your device, the unit will dis-
connect from your device.
2To reconnect, simply access the Bluetooth
Manager on your Bluetooth device and select
the TR 2500.
Note:
7In case of the registered TR 2500 can-
not connect to the Bluetooth device again,
please remove the TR 2500 from the Blue-
tooth device list, search and connect again.
Automatic shutdown
If Bluetooth is selected as input source and no Blue-
tooth device is connected, the TR 2500 switches
automatically to Stand-by mode after 15 minutes.
