Montage MulFrame
1. Decide for mounng the MulFrame, where the MulFrame should
hang. The distance between the MulFrames is dependent on the
type of milking parlour. The posion measurements are, therefor, to
nd in the drawing of the milking parlour.
2. When the distance is determined, the holes can be drilled according
to the dimensions as shown in the drawing.
3. Now install the MulFrame on the wall. (Mounng material not in-
cluded).
X ≈ 2000mm - 2300mm
X1 = depending on the size of the animal, measure this.
Mounng Feedtrough
1. Install the feedtrough in the MulFrame. The feedtrough is easy to place in the
frame by sliding it obliquely below the 2 vercal tubes which are welded to the
ring. When the edge of the feedtrough is placed under the vercal tubes, the
feedtrough can be placed on the ring. The feedtrough
is now secured on one side.
2. Secure now the other side of the feedtrough with sup-
plied mounng material as shown in Figure 3.

There are two types of feedthroughs available. The perfora-
ted feedtrough (art.nr.: 007-522-000) and the tradional
feedtrough with one hole. (art.nr.: 007-522-001).

Mounng PipeFeeder
1. Mount the PipeFeeder to the MulFrame with included mounng material
as shown in Figure 5.
2. Make sure the boom of the PipeFeeder is level with the top of the feed-
trough
3. In order to let the PipeFeeder dosing nicely into the feedtrough, it is desira-
ble to rotate the tube of the PipeFeeder 45° so that the discharging secon
is hung above the feedtrough.
Please note! If the stainless steel tube of the PipeFeeder is rotated with pertaining
to the plasc part make sure that de PipeFeeder is re-adjusted in order to maintain
the an-spill funcon. For adjusng the PipeFeeder see manual 001-847-000
Adjust the PipeFeeder not to the MulFrame by a truss structure or similar. Then
the PipeFeeder can also be mounted on the wall. The distance between the wall
and the PipeFeeder remains unchanged from mounng on the MulFrame. For
example, all PipeFeeders remain perfectly straight line in order to keep the parlour
ght.
MulFrame degree posions
The MulFrame 30° is the complete MulFrame as described above. These will be
delivered without sidefence. 40°, 50° & 60° parlours can be made with a short side
fence (art.nr.: 007-504-000). 70° & 80° parlours can be made with a long side fence
(art.nr.: 007-505-000).

Grounding MulFrame
It is recommended to ground all MulFrames.
To ground, there is a tube lug (art.no.: 001-302-000) provided it could be mount bet-
ween any bolt and nut of the MulFrame.
Maintenance MulFrame
Clean the feedtrough regurlarly and make sure the feedtrough stays
clean. Let the water out of the feedtrough aer cleaning it.

Mounng Reader/Antenna mount (individual stall recognion)
It is possible to mount various types of antennas on the MulFrame.
One suited for DeLaval (art. no. 007-524-000) and one suited for Hanskamp,
Nedap & Fullwood antennas (Art.nr.: 007-525-000) (g. 7).
In gures 8-11 is displayed how to reader mount 007-525-000. mount 007-
524-000 is mounted in the same way.
To shield the antenna cable, a guide tube can be placed (g. 12-14). This is
available at Hanskamp as a set : Art.nr.: 007-530-000 for neck collar tag read-
ers, art.nr.: 007-531-000 for leg tag readers.
