1Cierre el suministro de agua. / Closing off water supply.
Ubique y cierre las válvulas de suministro de agua.
Generalmente se encuentran debajo del lavabo. Si se trata de un
reemplazo de grifo, quite el grifo viejo y limpie completamente la
superficie del lavabo.
Locate and close the water supply valve.
Usually found under the sink. If it is a replacement faucet, remove
the old faucet and clean the entire surface of the sink.

It is recommended that the minimum pressure for is to EP-2001
(0,25 kg / cm²) PSI and for kg / cm²) 3,55 EP2001-1.9 is to (0,5
7,11 PSI.

Coloque el cuerpo lateral con tuerca y rondana, considerando la altura necesaria para el correcto
funcionamiento de sus manerales e inserte la rondana y enrosque el chapetón, posteriormente apriete la
tuerca / Place the lateral valve with the nut and washer, consider the needed height for the proper
operation of the handle, then insert the rubber washer and screw the master escutcheon, finally tighten
the nut.

escutcheon and insert the
fiber washer to the body side.

Suba el empaque, rondana y apriete con la tuerca. / Raise the
conical gasket and washer, then tighten the nut.

la línea de alimentación. / Connect the
hoses (not included) to the lateral valve
and then to the angle valve.

15 Desenrosque la cubierta y extensión superior, coloque el inserto en el cuerpo contra con los o'rings y empaque. Posteriormente
reensamble. / Unscrew the cover and upper extension, place the insert in the body drain with o'ring and gasket then reassemble.
Enrosque el tubo unión céspol y posteriormente el desagüe (no
incluido). Screw the joint pipe and then to trap (not included).

Mantenimiento del Aireador / Aerator Maintenance

Retire el aireador, desarme y límpielo a chorro de agua. /
Remove the aerator, disassemble and clean with water jet.

Mantenimiento del Valvex / Valvex Maintenance
20 Cierre el suministro de agua antes de comenzar, retire el tapón con o´ring, desenrosque el tornillo y retire el maneral, desenrosque el
chapetón , la rondana de hule, la contratuerca, el o´ring y finalmente desenrosque el valvex. / Close the water supply before you begin,
remove the plug with O-ring, unscrew the screw and remove the handle, master escutcheon escutcheon, the rubber washer, locknut and
o'ring, finally the Valvex.

Recomendaciones de Limpieza / Cleaning Recommendations
No se colocó el empaque. / The gasket is not placed

La presión de operación no es la adecuada. /
The operating pressure is not adequate.
Las Válvulas angulares no estan totalmente abiertas. /
Angle valves are not fully open.
Retire el aireador y límpielo. / Remove the aerator and clean.
Abrir totalmente las válvulas angulares. (Pag. 4, paso 16)

La salida está floja.
/ The faucet is loose.
La tuerca esparrago no esta apretada.
/ The shank nut is not tight. Apriete firmemente la tuerca espárrago (Pag. 2, paso 4).
/ Tigthen the shank nut /Page 2, step 4).
Hay fuga en las conexiones.
/ There are leaks in the
connections.
Posiblemente no estén firmemente apretadas.
/ Possibly not tight.
Apriete firmemente la conexión (Pag. 2, paso 8) instalación de
mangüeras. / Thigten the connection (page 2, step 6) Install hoses.
No sella la contra.
/ Drain does not seal.
Coloque el empaque de la contra superior y apriete firmemente.
/ Place the drain gasket and tighten.
Existe poco flujo de agua.
/ There is some water flow.
Verifique la presión en los requerimientos de instalación (Pag. 1). /
Verify the pressure in the installation requirements (Page 1).
