Ubique y cierre las válvulas de suministro de agua.
Generalmente se encuentran debajo del lavabo. Si se trata de un
reemplazo de grifo, quite el grifo viejo y limpie completamente la
superficie del lavabo.
Locate and close the shutoff valves.
Usually found under the sink. If it is a replacement faucet, remove
the old faucet and clean the entire surface of the sink.

Retire el opresor, maneral, buje
valvex, chapetón y empaque de
cada cuerpo lateral. / Remove the
set screw, escutcheon, Valvex hub
and gasket from each body.

Coloque el cuerpo lateral con tuerca y rondana, considerando la altura necesaria para el correcto
funcionamiento de sus manerales, inserte el empaque y enrosque el chapetón, coloque el buje con la
ranura hacia el lado contrario del opresor, posteriormente el maneral alineado al chapetón y
enrosque el opresor. / Place the side body with nut and washe, considering the height necessary for
the proper functioning of handles, insert the gasket and screw the escutcheon, place the hub with the
slot to the opposite side of the set screw, then the handle aligned to the escutcheon and tighten the
set screw.

17 Desenrosque la cubierta y extensión superior, inserte el inserto
con empaque y o´rings en el cuerpo contra./ Unscrew the cover
and flange, allocate the insert, o'ring and gasket into the drain

19 Cierre el suministro de agua antes de comenzar, desenrosque el opresor, retire el buje valvex, desenrosque el chapetón, retire el empaque
y desenrosque el valvex./ Close the water supplies before you start, unscrew the set screw, remove the valvex hub, unscrew the
escutcheon, remove the gasket and unscrew the valvex.

Desenrosque el filtro y limpie a chorro de agua con un cepillo suave. / Unscrew the filter and clean with water jet and a soft brush.

Mantenimiento del Filtro de las Válvulas / Valves Filter Maintenance
NOTA.
- No coloque grasa, ni aceite a los componentes del filtro.
- Si cuenta con válvula angular, no es necesario cerrarla, ya que
al retirar el filtro se interrumpe el flujo de agua automáticamente.
- La frecuencia del mantenimiento dependerá de la calidad de
agua con la que trabaje el producto.
NOTE.
- Do not put grease or oil filter components.
- If you have shutoff valves, close it is not necessary to close
them, the water flow automatically stop once the filter is removed.
- The frequency of maintenance depends on the water quality.

Desenrosque los tornillos y retire la parte supeior de la salida. /
Unscrew the 4 screws and remove the upper part of the faucet.
22 Desenrosque los tornillos con rondanas de la parte superior de
la salida, retire la tapa y el filtro. / Unscrew the 2 screws with
washer from the upper part of the faucet, remove the cover and
then the filter.

Verifique que la presión mínima de operación sea 0,6 kg/cm².

Las válvulas angulares no están totalmente abiertas. /
Shutoff valves are not tully open.
Abrir totalmente las válvulas angulares. (Pag. 3, paso 15)

La salida está floja. / The
output is loose.
La tuerca espárrago no está apretada./ The shank nut is
not tight.
Apriete firmemente la tuerca espárrago (Pag. 2, paso 4). /
Tighten the nut shank (Page 2, step 4).
Hay fuga en las
conexiones. / There are
leaks in the connections.
Posiblemente no estén firmemente apretadas. / Possibly
not tight.
Apriete firmemente la conexión. (Pag. 2, paso 7) Instalación
