Die Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind,wie
man eine bestimmte Arbeit ausführt, sollten Sie diese Ihrer Fachwerkstatt überlassen.
Ziehen sie alle zugänglichen Schrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann auf
das entsprechende Anzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei angebaut ist.
Anzugsmomente beachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!
Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. If you are not sure how to execute a determined action,
you should ask your local distributor to do it. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting all parts, the screws
should be tightened to the torque specified. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without tension. Observe
the tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!

Die originalen Soziusrasten demontieren.
Die vordere Schraube links und rechts des Kofferträgers demontieren, diese entfallen.
Dismantle the original pillion footrests.
Remove the front original screws of the side carrier on the right and left, these are omitted.

Montage der Adapter rechts/links oben:
Den Adapter mit dem Vierkant in die originale
Halterung der Soziusraste stecken und mit der
Zylinderschraube M8x50, den U-Scheiben
Ø8,4 und der selbstsichernden Mutter M8
verschrauben. Die Abdeckkappe M8 auf die
Mutter aufstecken.
Fastening of the adapters right/left top:
Insert the adapter with the square into the
original pillion ratchet holder and tighten
with allen screw M8x50, washers Ø8.4 and
self lock nut M8. Fit the M8 plastic cap onto
the nut.

Montage der Adapter rechts/links unten:
Mit der Zylinderschraube M8x60 und der
U-Scheibe Ø8,4 in der vorderen Verschrau-
bung des Kofferträgers befestigen. Zwischen
Adapter und Kofferträger die Aludistanz
Ø25xØ9x23 fügen.
Die Soziusrasten mit dem originalen Bolzen
und dem Sicherungsring in den Aufnahmen
der Adapter befestigen. Funktion prüfen!
Fastening of the adapters right/left bottom:
With the allen screw M8x60 and the was-
her Ø8.4 into the front screw connection
of the side carrier. Insert the alu spacer
Ø25xØ9x23 between the adapter and the
carrier.
Fasten the footrests with the original bolt and
the locking ring in the adapter mounting lugs.
