Tip:
Fit all parts and screw on not too strong.
After mounting all parts, the screws should be tightened
to the torque specified.
This guarantees, that the kit is mounted without tension.

Preparing:
Dismantle blinkers. Screws are obsolete.
Fastening of the adapters left+right top:
scond fixing point at the original position
of the blinkers together with them.
Use filister head screws M6x30 with
washers ø6,4.
Inside use washers ø6,4 and self lock
nut M6.
Assembling instructions
Fastening of the adapters left+right top:
At the front bolting of the original rear
rack. Original screw is obsolete.
Use allen screws M8x55 with washers
Ø8,4. Sandwich spacer Ø13xØ9x12mm.

Fastening of the adapters left+right front:
between frame and footrest bracket.
Use allen screws M8x30 with washers
ø8,4.
Preparing:
Dismantle footrest brackets.
Screws are obsolete.

Attention !
Don´t overturn the Lock it screw !
Rotate slowly one quarter of a turn until screw engages.
Fastening of carrier left+right:
The carriers will now be fixed to the adapter with Lock it -screws
Fastening of Lock it screws:
The Lock it screws will be fixed at the carriers left and right with
lock washers.
You have to do it only once - the srews and lock washers remain
at the carriers.
Assembling instructions
Attention !

It is recommended to use one on each side of the side-carrier,
instead of the ordinary lock-it screw, for theft protection.

Fastening of the bracing bow left+right:
over the fender under the number plate light.
The bows will be fixed to the carrier with filister head screws M6
x20, washer ø6,4 and self lock nut M6.
The adapter to hook in the fixing lock will be screwed too.

Hint :
The adapters are enclosed with the side cases.
They are not included in the side carrier set.
Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!
