Ratchet Wrench M5 Hex Bit Torque Wrench
1. Remove the back bolts
using 5mm Hex bit.
2. Remove four bolts.

4. Remove the screw to
detach the arm pad. Use
T25 Torx bit to remove the
screw.
5. Lift the pad on the front
and slide backwards as
shown above to disengage it
from the arm support.
3. Detach the back from the
chair.

8. Use T27 Torx bit to re-
move the screw.

12. Detach the bolt and ller.11. Remove the bolt from
the swing arm using T27
torx driver.
9. Detach the arm support
hardware.
10. Fixed arm removal.

14. Replace the arm support
hardware in place on the
arm casting.
15. Tighten the screw to
attach the support hardware
to the arm casting. Use T27
Torx bit with torque 110 in-
lbs.
13. Arm ller an be de-
tached.

19. Replacing xed arm.
Install the arm ller in the
slot in the swing arm.
18. Use T25 torx bit to install
the screw.
16. Slide the rear of the arm
pad pocket over tab on arm
support. Rotate front of arm
down into position.
17. Reinstall the new arm
pad to the arm support

23. Follow previous steps to
install left hand arm.
22. Install the bolt with 220
in-lbs torque using T27 torx-
bit.
21. Assemble arm plate and
bolt and attach to arm.
20. Install the arm assembly
into swing arm.

25. Install four back bolts
using a torque wrench and
a 5 mm hex bit. Torque each
bolt to 150 in-lbs.
24. Install back assembly.
