1. Insert Retainers on Raceway Cover Supports (C) into Cut-outs in Frame Bottom
Rail. Make sure the Arrow on Raceway Cover Supports points toward Narrow End
of Cut-outs. 24” Frame uses 3 supports all other sizes use 4.
2. Slide Supports in Cut-outs until Lip engages into Slot in Rail. To remove Support,
depress release and slide back.
Note: If electrical harness is to be installed onto Frame, installers may want to do it at
this time.

Knockout
Knockout
1. Remove Knockouts in Raceway Covers by striking with hammer at center of
electrical Knockouts and at each side near notches for telecommunication
Knockouts. Knockouts must be hit from inside of cover. Cover must be supported
slightly up from oor.
Note: This can be done before Raceway Covers are installed onto frame or after frame
has been installed.

4
1. Position Raceway Cover under bottom of Frame with Glide Stems engaged in the
slots of Bottom Braces.
2. Align Notch in Covers with Pins on Raceway Cover Supports. Make sure Edge of
Cover engage on Retainers on Supports.
3. Close other Raceway Cover and secure as previously described.

1. Turn Raceway Cover Glides (B) into Glide Stems.
2. Install Frame to ofce. See Product installation instructions to assemble.
Note: To help align the Raceway Covers on adjacent Frames, the End Bottom Brace
from one Frame can be slid over the bottom of the Raceway Cover on the
Adjacent Frame.

Disassembly for Recycling:
Materials Identication and Segregation:
Where possible, plastic components are marked with ASTM recycling codes.
Use these codes to identify material type for recycling. Non marked components
should be treated as mixed plastic. Ferrous metals can be identied using a
small magnet for recycling. Non-ferrous metals should be separated and recycled
separately.
To disassemble product, reverse the above installation steps.
