ENDSTOP CATCH
Endstop catch can be installed at any time.
Simply turn sideways, insert into track, and
lock into place.

NOTE: For Bi-parting doors use an additional set of hardware.
For By-passing doors mount parallel tracks.

FLOOR GUIDE
When using the floor guide the door must have a
groove (1/4” [6.4] W x 9/16” [14.3] H) cut into the
bottom of the door.
Mount floor guide partly inside or as close to the
door pocket as is convenient for fastening to the
floor. Align vertically with the center of the track
and fasten (4) #6 x 3/4” [19.1] screws (provided).

TOP PLATE / DOOR
Mount each top plate approximately 4” [101.6] from the edge
of the door (see illustration from page 1) and secure using all
4 mounting holes and #12 x 1-1/4” [31.8] pan head screws
(provided).
The opening in each top plate MUST be facing opposite
directions, towards the edges of the door, and latch locks
must be in the open position.
Assembly Instructions
MOUNTING DOOR
Slide carriers into position. Mount each
pendant bolt into the top plate. Secure each
carrier by closing the latch lock.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Using a 3/8” [9.5] wrench, turn the pendant
bolt as shown to adjust the position of the
door up or down. Maximum adjustment is
± 3/16” [4.8]

The Top Line Grant 325 Series door system (“Door System”) is designed to support cabinets, storage walls, partitions, or doors weighing up
to 325 lbs. (147 kg.). The Door System must be installed by attaching it to a framing member that is designed to support 325 lbs. (147 kg.)
plus the weight of the Door System (“Total Support Weight”). Improper installation of the Door System, including, but not limited to, the
use of unauthorized hardware, or the failure to install the Door System by attaching it to a framing member that is designed to support the
Total Support Weight, could result in serious injury or death. DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR SYSTEM TO A FRAMING MEMBER THAT IS NOT
DESIGNED TO SUPPORT AT LEAST THE TOTAL SUPPORT WEIGHT. INSTALL THE DOOR SYSTEM ONLY IN THE MANNER SET FORTH IN
THE DOOR SYSTEM’S DOOR HARDWARE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
TRACK
Secure the track into position
using #12 x 1-1/4” [31.8] panhead
screws every 8” [203.2] or every
other mounting location. Screws
are not included.
