Guidelines for Installation and Use
1. Humidity
Do not install this product in a building that leaks rainand with high humidity.
Ifwater leaks into DVR, itcould causea failure or become a fire hazard.
2. TroubleRepair
Do not disassemble or rebuild this product on your own to avoid electric shock.
Ifthere is a trouble with DVR, contact the store where you purchased the product
instead oftrying to repairit yourself.
3. Power Supply
Do not use a power supplyother than specified (AC110V or AC220V option). There
is a danger ofelectric shockor other hazard.
4. InstallationEnvironment
The HNDR is designed for interior use, to be installed in a PC slot. Accordingly,
do not install the HNDR in a place with extreme temperatures.
(Recommended temperature: -10 ~ 45 )
5. Sun light, etc.
This product should not be directlyexposed to sun light or other strong rays oflight,
for fear ofdamage to the product.
6. Impact or Vibration
Be careful not to drop HNDR or cause it to be affected bystrong impact or vibration.
7. Installationin An UnstablePlace
Makesure thatthe HNDR is not installed in an unstable place, shelfor table.
It can injure users or other people, or damage the product.
8. InCase HNDR Does Not OperateProperly
In case an abnormal movement is detected during operation (I.e., unusual noise,
smell, or smoke), stop the operation immediately, cut off the power supply, and contact
the storewhere you purchased the product.
9. Cleaning
When cleaning the HNDR , be sure to turn offthepower to the PC and clean it with a drycloth.
When the soiled area is not washed cleanly, use a cleaner forfurniture.
10. For A/S
For anyofthe following conditions, cut offthepower supplyofHNDR and request
for repair fromthe store where you purchased the product.
A. The connector in the power supplyis damaged.
B. Rain or water leaked into the HNDR .
C. Liquid is spilt on or a foreign material got into the HNDR.
D. The HNDR does not operate as described in the User Manual.
For adjustment ofthe HNDR , followthe instructions as described in the Manual.
(In case it is manipulated in ways other than specified in the Manual, it could
cause more severe damage to the board.)
E. The HNDR fell to the ground and was damaged severely.
F. There is a noticeablechange in performance.
