Electrostatic Discharge
Before touching the device or holding the boards and IC chips, wear the ESD gloves or the ESD wrist
strap (Ensure that the other end of the ESD wrist strap is well grounded) to prevent the electrostatic
discharge of the human body from damaging the sensitive components.
Attaching Labels or Tags
•After routing the cable, attach the label or fasten the tag to the cable, and 20 mm away from the
connector.
•When the signal cable is placed vertically, the label should point towards the right. When the cable is
placed horizontally, the label should point downwards. After bundling the cables, the completed
identification plate should be visible on the top of the cable in the horizontal cabling, or on the right
side of the cable in the vertical cabling. Make sure that the label points outwards.
ESD gloves ESD wrist strap
Indoor climbing work should ensure that the ladder (or other load bearing equipment) stable,
ascending the operation of the operator, tools and materials should be properly disposed so as not
to fall, ascending operation during its operation area part of the ground personnel should wear
safety helmet or evacuate; operators should wear safety rope, clothing, shoes, a tool into the tool
bag, attention when people climb ahead of the tool, tool ahead of people evacuation.
Hardware installation operation of all should be under the condition without electricity, if need to
have charged equipment operation, operation personnel in addition to tools, clothes do not have
other exposed metal objects, and tools and metal parts of tape is wrapped around the insulation,
the operator must wear insulated gloves.

Installing MA5811S-AE08 on a Pole

Insert hose clamps into the mounting bracket.
Use a hex key to fix the mounting bracket onto the pole.
Trim excess hose clamps off.

Install the MA5811S-AE08 onto the mounting bracket.

5Use a Phillips screwdriver to fix the screws in the bottom of the mounting bracket.
Wrap the clipped hose clamp using insulation tapes.
Coiling the excess hose clamp on the pole and binding it using a cable tie is recommended for
convenience of follow-up migration.

Place the MA5811S-AE08 separate mounting bracket against the wall, verify that the mounting
bracket is horizontally placed, and mark anchor points.

Drill holes on the wall according to marked installation points and Install M6 x 60 expansion bolts.
(hole diameter: 8.5 mm; hole depth: 45 mm to 55 mm)

Installing the Chassis
Installing MA5811S-AE08 on the wall
Mount the MA5811S-AE08 to the mounting kits and fasten the screws at the bottom of the
mounting kits to complete the installation.

Install mounting kits into the wall.

Note:
Theoretically, the MA5811S-AE08 can be reversely installed.
However, it can only be reversely installed indoors without any
water leakage. To reversely install the MA5811S-AE08, use the
M4 wrench to remove its mounting kits as shown in the right figure
and then reversely install it.
