1. Introduction
The Stereo Amplified Neckloop offers users a unique,
wireless experience using Bluetooth wireless technology. It
is a model of efficiency, offering hands-free, wireless
connections between most Bluetooth phones. Smart
outline design and comfortable for wearing. The Neckloop is
Bluetooth V2.0 compliance. It is backward compatible with
audio devices with V1.2 or earlier. Its operation range is up
to 10 meters (indoor); operating power mode is Class 2 (-6-
6dBm). It is capable of operating up to 3-hour talk-time
using with neckloop and 13-hour talk-time using with
earhook or earphone. This user s guide provides more
details.
Bluetooth is a specification for short-range radio links
between mobile computers, mobile phones, digital cameras
and other portable devices. The radio operates on the
globally available 2.45 Ghz ISM free band , allowing users
to use Bluetooth equipment worldwide. The Bluetooth
devices communicate within a certain distance and do not
need to be in line of sight.

Notes for connection:
1. After the connection, if you want to connect it
automatically the next time you power on the neckloop,
set this unit as your authorized device or auto-
connected device on your mobile phone menu.
2. After the connection with other devices (B, C, D and
so on), if you want to re-connect it with A, you need to
disconnect it with other bluetooth units first, then use
the menu on A device to connect it again.
3. Some brands could not support all the functions.

uWearing the Neckloop
uCharging the Neckloop
Place the wire around your neck and insert the round
connector plug into the Neckloop Quick Disconnect plug,
forming a loop.
To have the Neckloop operate properly, you
will need to be sure the Quick Disconnect connection jack
has been securely clicked in place.
IMPORTANT:
The Neckloop has a built-in rechargeable Li-Polymer
battery. It is recommended to fully charge the battery prior to
the first time use of the device.
Connect one end of the USB cable into the charging
port of the unit, then connect the other end into the USB
jack of base charger. Plug the base charger into a
standard AC wall outlet .
The unit is fully charged when the light goes out. After a
full charge, remove the charger from the wall outlet and
detach the USB cable from the unit.

Connect one end of the USB cable into the charging
port of the unit, then connect the other end into the USB
jack of the car charger. Plug the car charger into the
cigarette lighter of your vehicle .
The unit is fully charged when the light goes out. After a
full charge, remove the charger from the cigarette
lighter and detach the USB cable from the unit.

Connect one end of the USB cable into the charging
port of the unit, then connect the other end into a USB
jack of your PC.

NOTE: During the charging, you cannot use the Stereo
Amplified Neckloop. Battery life will depend on actual usage
and amplification levels.

Important! Charging indication will be delayed if the
Neckloop has not been used for a long duration or the
battery is fully drained.

Low Battery
Under normal usage condition, the fully charged battery can
operate up to 3-hour of talk time and up to 120-hour of
standby time. During on state, when the battery power is
running low, the Neckloop beeps once every 30 seconds
and the red indicator flashes every 30 seconds. Charge the
Neckloop as described above; else the Neckloop will shut
down when voltage fall below operating voltage.
uTurning On and Off the Neckloop

press and hold the MFB for 3 seconds; the
Neckloop beeps once and Blue indicator flashes 4 times.
The flashing continues once every 3 seconds after the
Neckloop goes to standby mode.
press and hold the MFB for 3 seconds; the
Neckloop beeps once and the Red indicator flashes 4 times,
and power off.
Before using your Neckloop for the first time, you must pair it
with your Bluetooth phone. The following information
describes a typical pairing procedure between a Neckloop
and a Bluetooth phone. However, the pairing procedure
may subject to different makes and models of the phones.

Ensure both the Neckloop and phone is within 10 meters
operating range. There are no obstructions or inter-
ference in between.
Ensure the phone has the latest and working firmware.
Send phone for firmware update.
Power off and on the devices if the above steps do not
solve the problem.
If problem persists after taken all above steps, send the
Neckloop to authorized service center. Check with the local
dealer.

Pairing the Neckloop and Bluetooth Phone
Place the Neckloop and phone close to each other, within
1-meter.
Make sure that the phone is on, and the Neckloop is off.
Prepare the Neckloop in pairing mode: press and hold
MFB (6 seconds) until the Red and Blue indicators flash
alternately.
Neckloop stays in pairing mode for about 2
minutes.
Prepare the phone in pairing mode: refer to phone s user
guide for detail. Pairing procedure may subject to different
makes and models.
Enter the Bluetooth menu on the phone and enables the
Bluetooth function. Enter the submenu to set the phone in
search for Bluetooth devices; activates the search. The
phone searches for Bluetooth devices within 10 meters
range and list all devices on its display. should
appear; else repeat pairing procedure.
Select
Enter the passcode 0000 and enter OK to paired the
Neckloop and phone.
When pairing completes, the Neckloop Blue indicator
flashes (4 times) rapidly; then connects with the phone.
If both devices fail to pair or are not paired within the time
limit (2 minutes), after a long low beep, the Neckloop goes
to standby state. Return to pairing procedure if necessary.

Do not expose the Neckloop to fire; may result in
explosion.
Do not expose or store the Neckloop in high heat. High
temperature may shorten the life of electronic
components, damage battery, deform plastic parts.
Do not use harsh cleaning solvents or strong detergents
to clean the Neckloop. Only use a soft damp cloth to
clean the Neckloop.
Do not throw, drop or knock the Neckloop. Rough
handling can damage the Neckloop.
Do keep the Neckloop in proper storage, dry place, free
from dust and extreme temperatures when not in use.
6. Troubleshooting
If the Neckloop is unable to operate properly; for
example unable to power on, unable to pair/connect to
the phone and etc, please try the following:
Ensure the battery is properly charged, fully drained
battery may take a while to charge up.
Ensure the Neckloop and the phone is turned on.
Ensure the Neckloop is paired to the phone; refer to
pairing procedure.
Ensure the Bluetooth feature on the phone is activated,
and the phone is connected to the Neckloop.

The Blue indicator flashes once every 3 seconds on a
paired Neckloop. The Neckloop is on standby mode,
awaiting to make or receive calls.

uConnecting the Neckloop and the Phone
uDisconnecting the Neckloop and the Phone
Once paired, both the Neckloop and phone will connect to
each other automatically when switched ON and are within
(10 meters) range. Ensure Bluetooth feature is enabled on
the phone.
When not using the Neckloop and the phone, they can be
disconnected as follows:
Power off the Neckloop.
Disconnect the Neckloop or switch off the Bluetooth
function on the phone.
Keep the Neckloop and the phone for more than 20
meters apart.

4. Safety Information
5. Care and Maintenance
Please make sure that your attention is focused, when
using Neckloop while driving.
Use only adaptor approved for use with this particular
device. The use of any other types may be dangerous.
Keep the Neckloop and accessories out of reach from
children.
Turn off the Neckloop prior to boarding an aircraft. Do not
use the Neckloop in an aircraft.
There may be restrictions on using Bluetooth technology
in some locations. These could include hospitals, patrol
stations, laboratories, potentially explosive surroundings
and etc.
Do not attempt to open the Neckloop, only the authorized
maintenance staff should perform the service. Please
check with your local dealer.
Do not expose the Neckloop to extreme high or low
temperatures.
Do not expose the Neckloop to liquid, moisture or
humidity; it is not waterproof.
Do not expose the Neckloop to dusty and dirty
environment; moving parts may be clogged and prevent
proper usage.

3. Using the Neckloop
The Neckloop will support the following features listed.
Dialing from the Phone: Make calls on the phone in normal
ways.
Voice Dialing from the Neckloop: If the phone supports
voice dialing, push the MFB on the Neckloop twice quickly.
When the beep tone is heard, say the desired name (voice
tag).
Redialing the Last Dialed Number: When no call is in
progress, press the MFB twice.
To answer a call, wait for the Neckloop ring tone, then press
the MFB to accept call; or answer call via phone in the
normal way.
To reject an incoming call, wait for the Neckloop ring tone,
then press and hold the MFB for about 1.5s.
To end an active call, press the MFB to drop the call; or end
call via phone in the normal way.

You can also press button once during a conversation
to increase the volume or press button once to
decrease it.

NOTE:
Low Battery Indication
Press and hold and buttons during a
conversation to mute the microphone. Press and hold the
two buttons again to cancel the muting.
Find the desired music on your mobile phone or other
Bluetooth device, then press the MFB once to play it.
If there is an incoming call when you are
listening to the music, on hearing the ring, press the
MFB to answer the call. And when you end the call, the
Neckloop continue playing music.
When low battery level occurs, the Neckloop beeps once
every 30 seconds and Red indicator flashes every 30
seconds.
Press button once during music playing to increase
the volume or press button once to decrease it.
Press and hold button during music playing to
skip to the next song or press and hold button to
return to the previous one.
