Step 1: Frame Layouts
Each box contains all the pieces and hardware to complete a frame.

Step 2: Assemble Ottoman Frame
Place the ottoman frame upside down
(with the straps down) on a soft surface to
protect it from scratches.
NOTE: The seat and ottoman frame are slightly
different. The seat frame has through holes on three
sides (to attach the back/arm frame) where the
ottoman frame does not.
Align the leg to the corner of the frame
and use the hex screws to fasten together.
Note: Screw in the hex screws in an alternating
pattern. Repeat for all four corners.

NOTE: If you do not have an ottoman, skip ahead to Step 3.

Flip over the ottoman frame
and add the cushion.
Cover your cushion with the upholstery. The Dacron
layer will be the top layer of the cushion and should be
inserted perpendicular to the upholstery opening.
Make sure the zipper is on the bottom of the cushion.
Step 3: Upholster the Seat Cushion

Step 4: Assemble Sofa Frame
Align the leg to the corner of the frame
and use the hex screws to fasten together.
Note: Screw in the hex screws
in an alternating pattern.

Place the sofa frame upside down (with the
woven elastic straps down) on a soft surface
to protect it from scratches.
Note: A leg only needs to be attached on
the corners that won’t have a back/arm
attached. See diagram above
NOTE: Before starting, align your legs and
back/arms with the holes in the sofa frame.
The front of the frame will not have holes
going all the way through.
Pictured here is the frame with the legs and
back/arms already attached. We’ll cover
that in the next steps.

Step 5: Attach Sofa Back/Arms
Flip the frame right side up.
Align the sofa back/arms
opposite from the front of
the sofa.
Use the hex screws and washers
together to fasten the back/arms
to the frame corners.
Repeat for all back/arms.

Step 6: Clamp Frame Together
Step 7: Add Pillows
Add the seat cushions, back & side pillows.
Align the sofa frames together
and join each with a clamp.
Twist the knob to tighten.
NOTE: The clamp can be
installed at any of the points
shown. Alternatively, it may also
be installed anywhere along
the top of the frames.
If the bracket is difficult to
install, try rearranging the
frames so that the flattest sides
of the frames are together.

Spot clean with upholstery shampoo, foam from a mild detergent, or a mild dry cleaning solvent.
Spot clean fabric with a water-based shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner. Avoid over-wetting the stain.
Must be cleaned with solvents (dry clean only). Spot treat stains with a water-free solvent or
dry-cleaning product.
Cleaning depends on the nature of the stain. For oil-based spots, do not apply water and use dry
cloth. Recommended use of leather-specific solvents & cleaners.
Each fabric type has a specific cleaning code which can be found on the Free Swatch Page.
Many of our fabrics are machine washable. If a fabric is machine washable, it’ll be noted in the
cleaning instructions on the Free Swatch page. It must be Machine Wash - Cold. Use Cold Water
and a mild detergent on a low/gentle cycle. Hang dry all covers. Please note that every machine
wash adds wear to the fabric so it’s recommended to opt for spot cleaning prior to machine
washing whenever possible.
We recommend spot cleaning with either an upholstery shampoo, foam from a mild detergent, or
a mild cleaning solvent. Always hang to dry. When spills happen, blot immediately to remove the
spilled material. Clean spots or stains from the outside to the middle of the affected area (this prevents
circling). To prevent overall soiling, frequent vacuuming to remove dust and grime is recommended.
